D<strong>es</strong>cripció: Una part important <strong>de</strong>l parc d'habitatg<strong>es</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>Tortosa</strong> és antic: el 31% <strong>de</strong>ls habitatg<strong>es</strong> daten d'abans <strong>de</strong>l<br />
1920. Aqu<strong>es</strong>t fet comporta que molt<strong>es</strong> <strong>per</strong>son<strong>es</strong> tinguin dificultat <strong>per</strong> accedir als<br />
seus habitatg<strong>es</strong>, al no disposar aqu<strong>es</strong>ts <strong>de</strong> l<strong>es</strong> infra<strong>es</strong>tructur<strong>es</strong> nec<strong>es</strong>sàri<strong>es</strong> (ascensor,<br />
ramp<strong>es</strong>, etc.).<br />
El programa d'ajuts <strong>per</strong> a l'adaptació <strong>de</strong>ls habitatg<strong>es</strong> podria proporcionar suport econòmic<br />
<strong>per</strong> a po<strong>de</strong>r realitzar aqu<strong>es</strong>t<strong>es</strong> reform<strong>es</strong>, amb <strong>la</strong> conseqüent millora <strong>per</strong> a <strong>la</strong> ciutadania.<br />
