Actualización del Capital Contable. Los Activos se deberán acutalizar siguiendo el procedimiento establecido en la ley del impuesto al activo (art. 3). Las Acciones se valuaran por el metodo de participación (excepto cuando se posea menos del 10% del Capital Social de la emisora, caso en el cual se valuaran según los artículos 24 Y 25, antes 19 y 19-a de la Ley).
REINVERSION DE UTILIDADES. Los dividendos recibidos que se reinviertan dentro de la propia persona moral dentro de los 30 días naturales siguientes a la distribución, causarán el impuesto al momento en que se pague el reembolso de las acciones que se emitan.
