Programa <strong>de</strong> Becas Asociación <strong>de</strong> Contratistas Generales<br />
Por más <strong>de</strong> 17 años, el Comité <strong>de</strong> Asistencia Económica <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Asociación <strong>de</strong> Contratistas Generales,<br />
Capítulo <strong>de</strong> Puerto Rico, ha otorgado ayuda económica a más <strong>de</strong> 80 jóvenes <strong>de</strong> diferentes partes <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong><br />
Is<strong>la</strong>, a través <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> beca <strong>de</strong> dicha Asociación sumando su aportación a más <strong>de</strong> $322,300.00<br />
El programa <strong>de</strong> Becas <strong>de</strong>l AGC les permite a estudiantes <strong>de</strong> ingeniería civil, eléctrica o mecánica<br />
obtener ayuda económica para po<strong>de</strong>r realizar sus sueños <strong>de</strong> convertirse en profesionales exitosos.<br />
“Cada estudiante que recibe <strong>la</strong> Beca <strong>de</strong>l AGC, se compromete mantener un promedio <strong>de</strong> tres puntos<br />
a cambio <strong>de</strong> que nosotros le otorguemos <strong>la</strong> ayuda económica por los años (máximo 5) <strong>de</strong> estudios<br />
<strong>de</strong> ingeniería”, expresó el Ing. Alberto Richa, presi<strong>de</strong>nte <strong>de</strong>l Comité <strong>de</strong> Becas <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Asociación <strong>de</strong><br />
Contratistas Generales.<br />
Para completar <strong>la</strong> ayuda económica, se les efectuó un evento especial don<strong>de</strong> se reunieron e<br />
intercambiaron i<strong>de</strong>as con presi<strong>de</strong>ntes <strong>de</strong> varias empresas <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> construcción. A<strong>de</strong>más se les ofrecieron<br />
dos adiestramientos: Como batear una entrevista <strong>de</strong> trabajo y como realizar presentaciones efectivas.<br />
