Creo que a Clark le da un poco igual. No hace mucho comentaba que no le importaba si le
dedicaban retrospectivas de sus fotografías y collages o no. Clark se ha entregado desde su
primer film al medio que le apasiona, que es el cinematográfico, y que a la postre considera el
medio ideal de culminación de su individualidad creativa: “I've always been a storyteller, and I
felt like I had done everything I could with photography. I was bored--I'd done a number of
books, I'd done collages, and I'd done work in all these forms that tell stories… but I always felt
my work was cinematic. I mean, the first project I did was laid out like a film. In fact, I remember
wanting it to be a film, but I couldn't do it because I wasn't a filmmaker then. So, I've always
