PROYECTO:<br />

Proyecto integral dirigido tanto a discapacitados físicos como psíquicos. Se <strong>de</strong>sarrollará en las tres fases siguientes:<br />

- Fase <strong>de</strong> acogida <strong>de</strong> los beneficiarios: Realización <strong>de</strong> acciones <strong>de</strong> motivación, fomento <strong>de</strong> la autoestima, la<br />

autovaloración y el conocimiento y la potenciación <strong>de</strong> las propias capacida<strong>de</strong>s y habilida<strong>de</strong>s sociales, técnicas<br />

y comunicativos.<br />

- Acciones formativas: incluyen módulos <strong>de</strong> formación previa y compensatoria así como cursos <strong>de</strong> formación<br />

profesional en el área <strong>de</strong> los servicios a las empresas y <strong>de</strong> las nuevas tecnologías (teletrabajo entre otras<br />

modalida<strong>de</strong>s).<br />

- Acompañamiento a la inserción laboral: Realización <strong>de</strong> acciones <strong>de</strong> asesoramiento, orientación laboral y<br />

seguimiento y tutoría constante.<br />

- El proyecto incluye la formación <strong>de</strong> formadores así como la realización <strong>de</strong> acciones <strong>de</strong> sensibilización y<br />

divulgación.<br />
