Abstract
In this project we developed a wireless communication system for businesses. The
system facilitates the communication between final users and the business owner,
allowing the final user to access, buy or just browse products in a business catalog
through a PDA. The project also includes the creation of an enterprise in charge of the
studies of the system’s real cost – benefit and the product promotion.
This project includes the construction of a fully functional prototype capable of working
and be seen by possible buyers. The application was developed in C# on the client side
and the server code was written in ASP. Finally, the system was tested to measure how
easy was to use it, its reability and security.
