Objectives To act as liaison group between IUCN members and the Secretariat, enhance national
cooperation and inform Finnish public on IUCN, prepare Finnish preparation in IUCN
congresses, national viewpoints and support participation in IUCN commissions.
Main Activities Act as a group of specialists, and liaise between Finnish members, prepare views,
convey national initiatives (website), replies and comments to IUCN. Organise seminars
and invite IUCN specialists in the IUCN field of work.
