Objectives The Committee supports the objectives of IUCN encouraging the collaboration among
members, promoting a wider access to the knowledge, strengthening participation
and enhancing the Italian capacity in IUCN.
Main Activities To respond to the challenge of biodiversity promoting the mission of IUCN in Italy, to
support the implementation of international Conventions and to support policy of
protection and conservation of the national environmental and cultural heritage
