Relación <strong>de</strong> Eficiencia Energética<br />
EER en USA y América Latina: Para hacerlo más sencillo a los usuarios se calcula<br />
en BTU/hora (unidad <strong>de</strong>l Sistema Imperial/Inglés <strong>de</strong> Unida<strong>de</strong>s) sobre Watt/hora (sist.<br />

<strong>de</strong> otoño. (125 días, 8horas/día) = 1000horas/año.<br />
*Este valor pue<strong>de</strong> ser ligeramente mayor a la EER (Btu/h / Watt/h), pero sólo<br />
<strong>de</strong> un 13 a un 20%! Algunos importadores comunican cifras SEER hasta 70%<br />
mayores a la EER (no verificables). En nuestro mercado SEER no aplica pues<br />
no hay estaciones y es usado solo como argumento comercial, pero<br />
confundiendo al cliente.<br />

Tecnología Inverter<br />
Cómo funciona: Se <strong>de</strong>nomina Inverter a un Inversor Electrónico <strong>de</strong><br />
Frecuencia que luego <strong>de</strong> recibir Corriente Continua (DC) estabilizada, la<br />
convierte nuevamente a Corriente Alterna (AC) Variable para alimentar el<br />

Convencional (On-Off): el compresor se apaga al alcanzar la temperatura programada y encien<strong>de</strong><br />

Inverter (frecuencia variable): el compresor gira a mayor velocidad en el arranque para alcanzar<br />
