Denominación y constitución<br />
La <strong>de</strong>nominación <strong>de</strong>l Board será “The International Football Association<br />
Board”. La “Football Association” (Inglaterra), la “Scottish Football<br />
Association”, la “Football Association of Wales”, la “Irish Football Association”<br />
y la “Fédération Internationale <strong>de</strong> Football Association” (<strong>FIFA</strong>), llamadas en lo<br />
sucesivo “asociaciones”, constituirán el Board. Cada una tendrá el <strong>de</strong>recho <strong>de</strong><br />
hacerse representar por cuatro <strong>de</strong>legados.<br />
Finalidad<br />
La finalidad <strong>de</strong>l Board <strong>de</strong>berá ser la <strong>de</strong> discutir y <strong>de</strong>cidir modificaciones en las<br />
<strong>Reglas</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>Juego</strong> y otros asuntos que afecten el fútbol asociación y remitidos<br />
al Board <strong>de</strong>spués <strong>de</strong> haber sido examinados durante las reuniones generales<br />
anuales o durante otras reuniones apropiadas <strong>de</strong> las asociaciones que integran<br />
el Board, <strong>de</strong> las confe<strong>de</strong>raciones o <strong>de</strong> las asociaciones miembro.
