Wellness Circuit Experience
Submerge yourself in the awesome experience of the water in all its forms, while you revive your vitality and energy.
Take advantage of the revitalising strength of the water into a circuit with different temperatures, ambiances and bio-thermal
experiences. The stimulation of the change of the body temperature, favours the circulation, eliminates toxins and stimulates the
immunologic system, revitalising the body and improving your wellness. The water circuit starts with the delight of the pool with
Hydromassage loungers.
After enjoying the 38ºC Oxygenated Pool, its time for the first thermal shock: the ice fountain, which will stimulate your organism.
Then comes the beginning of the temperature contrasts: The Finnish Sauna at 80ºC and the Steam Sauna at 45ºC will help you
detox, and applying ice between each, you will recuperate hydration levels leaving your body in a state of well-being, ready to enjoy
the rest of the circuit: the Reflexology Pediluvium, Waterfalls and the Sensation Showers with aromatherapy.
A short period in the Calming Zone forms part of the therapy; while your body equilibriates as the toxins are eliminated from your
system, having a natural fruit juice or therapeutic infusion transforms this circuit into a truely integral Wellness experience.
