En nuestro Wellness & Fitness recibirá un trato personalizado,
en un ambiente sofisticado y relajante. La suave
luz de las velas, sutil música sedante con agradables
sonidos de la naturaleza, el dulce aroma de incienso y
las esencias... todo ello, y más, contribuye a crear el entorno
ideal para recibir el tratamiento perfecto.

Circuito Experiencia Wellness
Adéntrese en un Mundo de Sensaciones. Sumérjase totalmente en la experiencia embriagadora del poder del agua en todas sus
formas mientras repone su vitalidad y energía...
El Circuito Experiencia Wellness aprovecha las fuerzas rejuvenecedoras del agua en un circuito a distintas temperaturas, ambientes
y experiencias bio-térmicas. Variando los estímulos y temperaturas del cuerpo, fortalece la circulación, elimina toxinas y estimula
el sistema inmunológico, revitalizando el cuerpo y mejorando su bienestar. El recorrido del circuito comienza con los placeres de la
Piscina con camas de hidromasaje.
Después de disfrutar de la Piscina Oxigenante a 38ºC, es momento para el primer choque térmico que estimula el organismo con la
fuente de hielo. A continuación comienzan los contrastes: La Sauna Finlandesa, a 80ºC, para eliminar toxinas, La Sauna de Vapor
a 45ºC, alterando con la aplicación del hielo entre cada uno de ellos, y devolviendo de esta forma la hidratación perdida para dejar
el organismo en un estado ideal para disfrutar del resto de experiencias del circuito: el Pediluvio de Reflexología, el Paseo de las
Lluvias y la Ducha Sensaciones con aromaterapia.
Forma parte de la terapia un periodo de calma en la Zona de Tranquilidad mientras que el cuerpo procesa las toxinas eliminadas y
se equilibra, tomando un zumo natural o infusión terapéutica, que convierten a este circuito en una verdadera e integral Experiencia
Wellness.

CHECK-IN PARA TRATAMIENTOS
Para su comodidad, rogamos que se registre en la recepción del Spa Costa Vasca unos 10 minutos antes de la hora de su terapia.
Para el buen funcionamiento del Spa, exigimos por favor máxima puntualidad.
CUESTIONARIOS
La primera vez que se registre en el Spa deberá completar un cuestionario sencillo y confidencial en el que se reflejan datos como
sus hábitos alimenticios, estado de salud, alergias, etc. Esto nos permite crear una ficha personal, que su terapeuta actualizará con
información complementaria como su tipo de piel, tratamientos adquiridos, etc. para poder estudiar cuidadosamente su caso y
asegurarnos en todo momento que le ofrecemos el tratamiento y los productos adecuados a sus necesidades.
CONSULTAS
Si es un nuevo usuario del Spa Costa Vasca y está pensando en iniciar cualquiera de nuestros tratamientos intensivos, puede
solicitar una cita previa con un terapeuta especializado o con la dirección del Spa. Las consultas están incluidas como parte de
nuestro servicio para aconsejar y diagnosticar el mejor tratamiento a seguir según sus necesidades. Además, se le explicará en
detalle cómo es el tratamiento y cuáles son los resultados. También recomendamos mantener alguna reunión adicional a lo largo
del tratamiento para estudiar y discutir sobre su evolución y satisfacción. De esta manera, nos aseguramos de ofrecerle el mejor
servicio posible de la forma más segura y de conseguir los mejores resultados.

Si necesita cancelar su reserva, deberá hacerlo con al menos 3 horas de antelación; 24 horas si trata de una de nuestras terapias
“Escapada”. Para grupos requerimos 48 horas de pre-aviso. Cualquier cancelación posterior será abonada con un 30% de la tarifa
o con pérdida del depósito. En caso de que no acuda a la cita y no avise de ello, tendrá que pagar la tarifa completa del tratamiento

Wellness Circuit Experience
Submerge yourself in the awesome experience of the water in all its forms, while you revive your vitality and energy.
Take advantage of the revitalising strength of the water into a circuit with different temperatures, ambiances and bio-thermal
experiences. The stimulation of the change of the body temperature, favours the circulation, eliminates toxins and stimulates the
immunologic system, revitalising the body and improving your wellness. The water circuit starts with the delight of the pool with
Hydromassage loungers.
After enjoying the 38ºC Oxygenated Pool, its time for the first thermal shock: the ice fountain, which will stimulate your organism.
Then comes the beginning of the temperature contrasts: The Finnish Sauna at 80ºC and the Steam Sauna at 45ºC will help you
detox, and applying ice between each, you will recuperate hydration levels leaving your body in a state of well-being, ready to enjoy
the rest of the circuit: the Reflexology Pediluvium, Waterfalls and the Sensation Showers with aromatherapy.
A short period in the Calming Zone forms part of the therapy; while your body equilibriates as the toxins are eliminated from your

RESERVATIONS
To reserve a treatment you can visit our Wellness & Fitness directly or call our reception (943 31 79 50). If you are a guest at the
hotel you may also dial the Wellness extension directly from your room (ext. 7139). We suggest you book your treatment at least 1
day in advance. Ask about our special prices for groups, members and about our Gift Cards.
TREATMENT CHECK-IN
For your comfort, we ask you register at our Wellness & Fitness reception approximately 10 minutes before your treatment is scheduled
to commence. For the correct functioning of the Spa, we require maximum punctuality please.
QUESTIONNAIRES
The first time you register at the Wellness & Fitness we request you complete a simple and confidential questionnaire that will reflect
information concerning your eating habits, health, allergies, etc. This allows us to create a personal file that your therapist will update
with further information such as your skin type, treatments purchased, etc... in order to carefully evaluate each individual case and
to ensure that we are offering you the best treatments and products at all times.
CONSULTATIONS
If you are a new Wellness & Fitness user and you are planning to indulge in any of our intensive treatments, you may request a free
consultation prior to your therapy with a specialized therapist or with Wellness management. These consultations are included as
part of our service in order to help and advise you on the appropriate treatment to follow according to your needs. You will also
receive a detailed explanation of the treatment and the results you should obtain. We also recommended you assist an additional
meeting/s during your therapy to discuss treatment progress and satisfaction. This way we can be sure to offer the safest and best
service possible, while providing the best results we can.
WATER THERAPY CIRCUIT
If you are planning to make use of our Water Therapy Circuit, you must bring a swimsuit and a cap. Upon arrival you will be offered
a towel to use in the Wellness during your visit. We inform you that all these items are available to purchase at our Wellness, in case
you have not bring them with you. It is not allowed to access into the hydrothermal circuit with swimming shoes, you can ask for
latex shoes in the wellness front desk.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your booking, you should do this at least 3 hours in advance; 24 hours if you have reserved one of our “Wellness
Retreats”. For groups we require 48 hours notice. Any cancellation after this time-span will be charged 30% of the tariff or loss
of any deposit. If you do not attend a reserved session and do not inform our reception, you will be required to pay the complete

OTHER SPA POLICIES
We would like to emphasize that Wellness & Fitness is a non-smoking area; if you wish to smoke, we ask you do so outside the
premises. We recommend that you do not bring items of value (mobile phones, cameras, etc) to the Wellness & Fitness. To respect
fellow clients who are receiving treatments or relaxing in the communal areas, we request clients to maintain a moderate tone of
voice. Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly prohibited. All Wellness & Fitness users must be 10 years old and over.
Wellness & Fitness reserves the right to control entry.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
You should not use the Water circuit installations in case of suffering any of the following diseases. If so, before using our services,
please consult your doctor.
The first 3 and last month of pregnancy, it is not recommended in case of high risk pregnancies. For the rest, please ask your doctor.
