Objetivo<br />
El diseño, desarrollo, implementación y puesta en marcha de un sistema de<br />
<strong>Telemedicina</strong> que (aprovechando las ventajas del uso de las Tecnologías de Información<br />
y Comunicación) conecte a centros remotos de atención primaria de salud con<br />
especialistas de la Universidad Central de <strong>Venezuela</strong>, <strong>para</strong> mejorar la calidad resolutiva<br />
del servicio público nacional de salud y brinde educación continua al personal de salud y<br />
a las comunidades.
