Purpose of <strong>Program</strong>:<br />
The <strong>Special</strong> <strong>Language</strong> <strong>Program</strong><br />
will help English <strong>Language</strong><br />
Learners (ELLs) with academic language<br />
development in English and Spanish.<br />
The <strong>Special</strong> <strong>Language</strong> <strong>Program</strong> requires<br />
that your child attend school every day.<br />
Who can participate?:<br />
This program is recommended <strong>for</strong><br />
all Pre-K and Kinder students who<br />
are currently identified as English<br />
<strong>Language</strong> Learners (ELLs) or identified<br />
as ELLs during Kinder Roundup in the<br />
Spring.<br />

During the <strong>Summer</strong><br />

It is the policy of <strong>Southwest</strong> <strong>ISD</strong> not to<br />

Propósito del <strong>Program</strong>a:<br />
El <strong>Program</strong>a Especial de Lenguaje<br />
ayudará a los estudiantes de destrezas<br />
limitadas en inglés (ELLs) con el<br />
desarrollo de su lenguaje académico<br />
en inglés y en español. El <strong>Program</strong>a<br />
Especial de Lenguaje requiere que su<br />
niño(a) asista todos los días.<br />
¿Quién puede participar?<br />
Este programa se recomienda para<br />
todos los estudiantes de Pre-Kinder<br />
y Kinder que han sido identificados<br />
con destrezas limitadas en el idioma<br />
inglés (ELLs) y para otros estudiantes<br />
que lleguen a ser identificados por la<br />
Reunión de Kinder durante la primavera.<br />

Se proveerá transportación<br />
Es norma de SW<strong>ISD</strong> no discriminar<br />

o activades, tal como lo requieren el<br />
Título VI de la Ley de Deprechos Civiles<br />
