5. CONCLUSIONES<br />
El proceso de trefilado produce <strong>en</strong> el <strong>acero</strong> perlítico una<br />
serie de cambios <strong>microestructura</strong>les que modifican sus<br />
<strong>propiedades</strong> mecánicas. Las láminas de perlita se ori<strong>en</strong>tan<br />
progresivam<strong>en</strong>te <strong>en</strong> la dirección de trefilado, al<br />
tiempo que disminuye su espaciado interlaminar. Las<br />
<strong>propiedades</strong> mecánicas, obt<strong>en</strong>idas a través del <strong>en</strong>sayo de<br />
tracción simple, mejoran con el proceso de trefilado,<br />
aum<strong>en</strong>tando el límite elástico y la resist<strong>en</strong>cia a tracción.<br />
La resist<strong>en</strong>cia del <strong>acero</strong>, que sigue una relación tipo<br />
Embury-Fisher con la deformación plástica producida<br />
por el trefilado, también puede ajustarse a la ecuación<br />
de Hall-Petch si se ti<strong>en</strong>e <strong>en</strong> cu<strong>en</strong>ta el ángulo medio de<br />
ori<strong>en</strong>tación de las láminas de perlita junto con la<br />
variación del espaciado interlaminar medio.<br />
Es posible modelizar los cambios geométricos<br />
producidos <strong>en</strong> las láminas de perlita con el trefilado. La<br />
variación del ángulo medio de las láminas de perlita se<br />
obti<strong>en</strong>e suponi<strong>en</strong>do que <strong>en</strong> el alambrón exist<strong>en</strong> todos<br />
los ángulos posibles para las láminas de perlita con<br />
igual probabilidad y que los cambios geométricos para<br />
las láminas <strong>en</strong> la sección metalográfica longitudinal, son<br />
proporcionales a los del alambre. La evolución del<br />
espaciado interlaminar medio se calcula considerando<br />
que el espaciado interlaminar efectivo (medido sobre la<br />
sección metalográfica trasversal) varía de una forma<br />
proporcional al diámetro del alambre.<br />
