I LA GELTRÚ<br />
1.GESTIÓ DEL PARC D’HABITATGE PÚBLIC EXISTENT<br />
El parc d’<strong>habitatge</strong> públic existent a <strong>Vi<strong>la</strong>nova</strong> i <strong>la</strong> Geltrú és <strong>de</strong> 333 <strong>habitatge</strong>s,<br />
<strong>de</strong>ls quals 54 són <strong>de</strong> titu<strong>la</strong>ritat municipal i 279 propietat <strong>de</strong> l’empresa pública<br />
ADIGSA.<br />
Els <strong>habitatge</strong>s municipals es troben a <strong>la</strong> Sínia <strong>de</strong> les Vaques (49 <strong>habitatge</strong>s),<br />
al carrer <strong>de</strong>ls Estudis (3 <strong>habitatge</strong>s), al carrer <strong>de</strong> Francesc Ivern (1 <strong>habitatge</strong>)<br />
i al carrer <strong>de</strong> Josep Coroleu (1 <strong>habitatge</strong>).<br />
Pel que fa als <strong>habitatge</strong>s d’ADIGSA, aquests es troben al sector <strong>de</strong><br />
l’Aiguacuit (128 <strong>habitatge</strong>s), a <strong>la</strong> p<strong>la</strong>ça <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Peixateria (18 <strong>habitatge</strong>s), al sector<br />
<strong>de</strong>l Llimonet (35 <strong>habitatge</strong>s), al sector Sant Jordi fase 1 (34 <strong>habitatge</strong>s) i<br />
al sector Sant Jordi fase 2 (64 <strong>habitatge</strong>s).<br />
