GMB = 66 + ( 13,7 x peso ) + ( 5 x altura ) - ( 6,8 x edad )<br />
En pacientes obesos se usa el peso ajustado (PA):<br />
PA = PI + ( PA - PI ) x 0.25<br />
PI: peso ideal<br />
En FAF: PA = 76,4 kg GMB = 1634 kcal /día
