Gran superficie decontacto entre las abrazaderas y el tubo que permiten un congelado rápido.En definitiva, estas máquinas son extensamente aplicadas en industrias de instalación yconstrucción.• REQUERIMIENTOS DE SEGURIDAD1) La máquina Freezematic es para uso únicamente en congelado de tuberías con agua deacuerdo con las regulaciones de seguridad CE de la prevención de accidentes2) Mantener el área limpia3) No usar en presencia de gases o líquidos combustibles4) Llevar guantes de trabajo apropiados y protección en los ojos5) Después de usar el congelador, almacenarlo fuera del alcance de los niños en lugarseco6) Trasladar el congelador a la posición deseada usando el mango7) No usar el congelador Freezematic al aire libre cuando esté lloviendo. No usar enambientes muy húmedos, con altas temperaturas o con vapores agresivos o explosivos8) No permitir niños o mascotas en el área de trabajo9) Leer todas las instrucciones de seguridad10) Las pegatinas nuncan deben ser quitadas11) Asegurarse de que el Freezematic esté situado en suelo estable para prevenir elmovimiento o la caída• INSTRUCCIONES DE USO1) El congelador Freezematic es para uso únicamente en tubos que lleven agua2) Sólo personal cualificado deberá usar el congelador Freezematic. Los apréndices debenser supervisados por un profesional3) No encender la unidad hasta que las abrazaderas hayan sido unidas al tubo y elenchufe haya sido conectado. Entonces pulsar el interruptor a la posición ON y elinterruptor se verá iluminado4) Cuando desconecte la unidad es importante seguir la secuencia correcta para evitar laconexión incontrolada la próxima vez que se use. Apagar la unidad y desconectar elenchufe y almacenar el cable en la unidad. Esperar hasta que las abrazaderas y el tubose hayan descongelado antes de almacenarlo5) La unidad de congelado debe ser utilizada únicamente con un enchufe con conexión atierra• PREPARACIÓN PARA EL USOAntes de conectar las abrazaderas al tubo, asegurarse de que los tubos estén limpios ylibres de pintura, óxido, etc. Las abrazaderas deben estar en contacto total con la superficiedel tubo. Superficies de tubo dobladas o deformadas no pueden ser congelados con éxito.Agua en movimiento dentro del tubo no puede ser congelada. El agua debe estarestacionaria con todas las bombas apagadas. Permitir que el agua baje a temperaturanormal antes de congelar.

Se adjunta un spray para humedecer tanto la abrazadera como el tubo a congelarantes de efectuar el uso del congelador. Esta operación debe ser realizada con mayorintensidad una vez que se aprecien signos de congelación.• USOLas abrazaderas deben ser conectadas fuertemente al tubo usando las correas develcro incluidas en el equipo estándar.Una vez que el equipo haya sido correctamente enchufado, el interruptor debe serllevado a la posición ON y el proceso de congelado empezará a llevarse a cabo.Para ayudar al contacto frío entre las abrazaderas y el tubo, el agua debe serpulverizada frecuentemente en la zona de contacto de la abrazadera y el tubo. Estepulverizado es más eficiente cuando las abrazaderas muestran principios de congelación.Se debe mantener la humedad hasta que la congelación sea total. Con ello se ayudará areducir los tiempos de congelación.Después de un cierto tiempo (ver tabla de tiempos de congelación), el hielo empieza aformarse en el interior del tubo creándose la congelación del mismo. Además, habrá un incremento del cortocircuito3) Apagar siempre el Freezematic antes de llevar cualquier trabajo de mantenimiento4) Al menos una vez al año, el condensador situado en la parte posterior de lamáquina, debe ser limpiado usando aire comprimido a 3 bares como máximo• REGULACIONES ESPECIALES1) Usar guantes permitidos en procesos de refrigeración2) Leer las instrucciones de seguridad de unidades de enfriado3) La piel no debe entrar en contacto con las abrazaderas mientras la unidad está enuso, si no se quemaría la piel

4) Es muy importante que se descongele totalmente el sistema antes de almacenarlo5) Los tubos refrigerantes deben ser guardados sin forzarlos para evitar que serompan y se escape el refrigerante6) Si el refrigerante entra en contacto con los ojos, lavar inmediatamente. Si se inhala,salir al exterior de inmediato a respirar aire fresco. Si entra en contacto con la piel ola boca, lavar inmediatamente la zona afectada

Trainees or apprentices should besupervised by a professional8) Do not start the freezing unit until the freezer forms have been attached to the pipe andthe plug has been connected to a socket with an earth connection. Then push the switchto the ON position and the switch will be iluminated9) When disconnecting the freezing unit it is important to follow the correct sequence toavoid the freezing unit starting uncontrolled the next time it is used. Switch the freezingunit off and then remove the plug from the socket and store cable in freezing unit. Waituntil freezer forms and pipes have defrosted before storing in casing10) The freezing unit should only be used with socket that has an earth connection• PREPARATION FOR USEBefore connecting freezer forms to the pipe, ensure that pipes are clean and free frompaint, rust, etc. The freezer forms have to have total contact to the pipe surface. Bent ordeformed pipe surfaces cannnot ve frozen successfully. Running water cannot befrozen. Water must be stationary with all pumps switched offf. Allow water to cool toroom temperature berfore attempting to freeze.

It is supplied a spray bottle to spray the area around the freezer form and pipe withwater before using the electric pipe freezer. This operation must be done more frecuentlywhen the freezer form begin to show signs of freezing.• USEThe freezer forms should be connected tightly to the pipe using the velcro strapsprovided.Once the plug has been correctly inserted into the wall socket with an earth connection,the switch on the unit can be put inot the ON position and the freezing process can bestarted.To help the cold contact between the freezer hedad and the pipe, water must besprayed frequently between the freezer form and the wall of the pipe. Spraying is mostefficient when started after the freezer forms have shown the first signs of freezing.Thehumidity must be kept up to the final freezing. This way, we will help to reduce the freezingtimes.After a certain time (see freezing times table), ice starts to form inside the pipe andcreates frost formation on the surface of the pipe. • SPECIAL REGULATIONSa. Only use gloves that are permited for use in refrigeration processesb. Observe the safety regulations for cooling unitsc. Skin must not come into contact with the freezer forms whilst the unit is in use, itwould burn the skind. On completion of the work, it is extremely important to first allow the freezerforms and the pipes to defrost before dissembling them and storing them in the unite. Under no conditions should the coolant pipes be bent of forced during use orstorage. This will prevent them from cracking and losing coolantf. If any coolant leaks out of the unit and comes into contact with the eyes, washinmediatly with plenty of water. If inhaled, go outside inmediatly into the fresh air. Ifcomes into contact with the skin or enters the body via the mouth, wash inmediatlythe affected zone
