2"Artículo 31.-Actos o Prácticas Proscritas.-(9)Realizar con cualquier parte un contrato <strong>de</strong> corretaje exclusivo o semi exclusivo,sin explicarle los términos y condiciones <strong>de</strong>l mismo, y su fecha <strong>de</strong>vencimiento; disponiéndose que no serán permitidas las cláusulas <strong>de</strong>renovación automáticas en los contratos <strong>de</strong> corretaje."Sección 2.-Esta Ley comenzará a regir inmediatamente <strong>de</strong>spués <strong>de</strong> su aprobación.
