RODAMIENTOS AUTOALINEADOSRodamientos autoalineadosLos soportes con rodamientos autoalineados HFB son conjuntos de rodamientos y soportes listos para su montaje.Estas unidades se componen de soportes de fundición gris o de acero laminado de varios tipos y rodamientosrígidos con bolas obturados de una sola fila. Los rodamientos tienen anillas exteriores esmeriladas esféricamente ypueden ajustarse correspondientemente al hueco esférico del soporte. De esta forma se compensan los errores dealineamiento.Debido a sus características, se emplean especialmente en maquinaria agrícola, de la construcción, textil, cintastransportadoras, maquinaria para la industria del envasado y la construcción de aparatos. Debe tenerse en cuentaque estos soportes no permiten desplazamientos axiales, es decir, no son adecuados para rodamientos de montajelibre.Los rodamientos empleados están a disposición en varias series que se diferencian principalmente en el tipo defijación al eje y las diferentes obturaciones. Existen tres tipos de fijaciones al eje:* Fijación por anillo excéntricoLos rodamientos con fijación por anillo excéntrico se emplean para alojamientos unidireccionales. Puedensuministrarse equipados con un aro interior prolongado por ambos lados (Serie HC) o con un aro interior prolongadopor un lado (Serie SA).* Fijación por tornillo prisioneroEstos tipos de rodamientos son adecuados para alojamientos bidireccionales. Estos rodamientos están equipadoscon dos tornillos prisioneros en el aro interior y pueden suministrarse con un aro interior prolongado por amboslados (serie UC) o con un aro interior prolongado por un solo lado (serie SB)* Fijación por manguito de montajeEstos rodamientos con manguito de montaje son adecuados para altas revoluciones y alojamientos bidireccionales.Durante el montaje, debe observarse que el rodamiento montado disponga de un poco de juego. (Serie UK)Obturaciones:Todos los rodamientos autoalineados están obturados por ambos lados con juntas y llenos de una grasa industriallítica nº2. El área de temperaturas permitida para juntas y lubricantes se encuentra entre -30 C y + 100 C. Encondiciones de funcionamientos normales, estos rodamientos no necesitan mantenimiento. Sin embargo, en casosextremos, puede llevarse a cabo un correspondiente reengrasado. Las juntas de los rodamientos autoalineados deHFB se diferencian parcialmente entre si, dependiendo de su versión. En los rodamientos de la serie SB, las juntasson de goma sintética resistente al calor (parecido al 2 RS). Las juntas de la serie de rodamientos SA se componende un disco prensado de acero laminado en cuya parte interior se encuentra una falda de obturación de gomasintética vulcanizada.Las series de rodamientos autoalineados UC y HC están equipados adicionalmente en la parte exterior con unanillo centrífugo.
