XXIV th World Road CongressMexico City, from 26 th to 30 th September 2011Roads for a better life.Sessions of the WorldRoad Congressplenary sessionsSessionsOPENING CEREMONYAll Congress delegates, accompanying persons and exhibitors are welcomedto this ceremony where the President of Mexico, Felipe Calderon Hinojosawill do the honor of opening the XXIVth World Road Congress.MINISTERS’ SESSIONThis session will be chaired by the Secretary of Communications andTransport of Mexico and the discussion topic will be: “Sustainable mobilitywithin social policy”.Ministers from all over the world responsible for road policy will share theirpoints of view in a plenary session about important issues and experiencesto improve the decision making process.CLOSING SESSIONIn this session the conclusions, general report and the Strategic Plan2012 – 2015 will be presented.
