Nowdays we can see how the teens're losting a healthy lifestyle on risk in<br />

they life are go up put in warning they healthy, then we going to talk about<br />

our healthy habits and the our prdecesor's healthy habits and laterr we<br />

going to do a little comparison.<br />

PREDECESSORS:<br />

In the past our predecessors had a healthy life style because they didn't<br />

eat processed food, they bougth their food in a market in the center of the<br />

city. In their free time they plyed out side or in a park naer to home. They<br />

didn't hav smartphones or computers. They used the bicycle for transport<br />

and they did more exersice.<br />

Our habits are so different from our predecessors becuase now we live in<br />

adifferent time, for example we wast ourfree time in technology (social<br />

networks). We always use the public transporto r the car. We don't like to<br />

do exercise and we hate eating vegetables.<br />

It's importan to mantain good healthy habits to be able to avoid diseases<br />

in the future and to inherit good habits to future genrationsthat come,<br />

especially for physical and psycological haelth.
