11 ZUSATZTAG DER SONDERTOUR: SILVESTER ADDITIONAL DAY SPECIAL TOUR: ADDITIONAL DAY SPECIAL TOUR: NEW YEAR Heute machen wir einen (Motorrad-)Pausentag und erleben auf einer rund 3-stündigen Bootsfahrt am Vormittag die Lagune von Walvis Bay vom Deck eines Catamarans aus. Today we’ll take a break (from the motorbikes) and experience the lagoon of Walvis Bay from the deck of a catamaran during a boat tour lasting approximately three hours. Vorbei an Austernfarmen und dem Leuchtturm von Pelican Point erreichen wir die Sandbänke mit der riesigen Robbenkolonie. Unterwegs besuchen uns Pelikane und Robben auf dem Boot und mit etwas Glück sehen wir Delfine an uns vorbeiziehen. Bei einem Glas Sekt und frischen Austern lassen wir die Seele baumeln und genießen den Start ins neue Jahr! Am Nachmittag bietet sich noch Gelegenheit, auf den Spuren deutscher Kolonialgeschichte durch Swakopmund zu bummeln. Past oyster farms and the lighthouse at Pelican Point, we reach the sandbanks with their huge colony of seals. On the way there, pelicans and seals visit our boat and with luck we might even see dolphins passing us by. With a glass of champagne and fresh oysters, we can relax and enjoy the beginning of the new year! In the afternoon there is the opportunity to stroll through Swakopmund on the trail of German colonial history.
