3.A INTERIOR DESIGN
The interior of the apartment has been
designed by the prestigious Minotti Marbella,
creating a unique and uniform style for the
apartment’s different rooms.
The overall concept consists of different spaces, corresponding to rooms or
zones inside and outside the apartment, connected to each other through the
colorimetry, shapes and textures of the different furniture and accessories.
Warm and welcoming spaces have been established in the communal areas,
starting with a living room with sofas and low tables combining straight and
curved lines, complemented by tall lamps and dynamic decorative elements.
Light colours and textile, wooden and metallic textures combine with the earth
tone of the walls to provide a uniform look. This colour scheme extends to the
dining room area, presided by a large marble table and shell chairs, which are
also found at the kitchen’s breakfast bar.
