• La CAN à 33-34S d’AG réduit le risque de DR ;<br />
• La RPM, la macrosomie, la césarienne avant travail, la pré<br />
éclampsie, la chorio-amniotite augmentent le risque et la<br />
gravité des DR chez les enfants proches du terme :<br />
Attention à l’orientation anténatale<br />
• Les formes sévères de DR des enfants proche du terme<br />
nécessitent un transfert en réanimation :<br />
Comprendre le mécanisme de l’hypoxémie est un pré-requis<br />
pour optimiser le traitement<br />
• La MMH est responsable d’une hypoxémie progressivement<br />

• La MMH peut se compliquer de PNO, d’une insuffisance<br />
