Méthode :<br />
Au total, 393 restaurations (zircone Crystal Zirconia stratifiée avec <strong>IPS</strong> e.<strong>max</strong> Ceram) ont été posées chez environ<br />
300 patients. Sur ces restaurations, 22 % étaient des couronnes antérieures, 67 % des couronnes postérieures, 9 %<br />
des bridges et 2 % des implants. 90 % des restaurations ont été fixées avec un composite de collage autoadhésif, et<br />
10 % selon la méthode conventionnelle.<br />

Résumé :<br />
90 restaurations (23 % du nombre total) ont été examinées après une durée de port de 3 à 15 mois. Une seule<br />
couronne s’est fracturée 24 h après le scellement. Aucune fracture ni aucun éclat du matériau de stratification n’est<br />
apparu sur les restaurations examinées lors de la visite de suivi. Aucune coloration marginale ni aucune abrasion de la<br />
dent antagoniste n’a été observée. L’esthétique a été jugée « très bien » à « bien ».<br />
Conclusion :<br />
<strong>IPS</strong> e.<strong>max</strong> Ceram convient très bien à la stratification de l’oxyde de zirconium. Il offre des résultats esthétiques et<br />
fonctionnels convaincants.<br />
