the Baikonour site in Russia.<br />

PROTOSTAR 1<br />

This new bird is to be launched in June<br />

by Ariane 5 in Guyana, to be located<br />

at 95°E with 22 Ku and 32 C-Band<br />

transpon<strong>de</strong>rs to provi<strong>de</strong> DTH to the<br />

Asia area for the next 15 years.
