This journey brings you to the quaint town of Le<br />

Claire, Iowa. Tucked away on the banks of the Mighty<br />

Mississippi River, this historic town is the birthplace<br />

of Buffalo Bill. Learn all about this <strong>American</strong><br />

frontiersman during your visit to the Buffalo Bill<br />

Museum. At the Mississippi River Distillery Company<br />

you can enjoy a private tour and discover the art of<br />

crafting the perfect spirit. You’ll also enjoy a stop at<br />

Antique Archaeology, featured on History Channel’s<br />

<strong>American</strong> Pickers. Examine the unique items to find<br />

yesterday’s forgotten treasures.<br />

On Eagle’s Wings<br />

(Wabasha, Minnesota)<br />

Travel to Wabasha, Minnesota, the oldest City on<br />

the Upper Mississippi River. You’ll visit the National<br />

Eagle Center for an unforgettable “nose to beak”<br />

experience with America’s National Symbol of<br />

Freedom - the <strong>American</strong> Bald Eagle. Eagles in the<br />

center roam freely and uncaged and knowledgeable<br />

experts are on hand to answer questions. Known as<br />

America’s Eagle Destination, these symbolic birds are<br />

abundant in the wild throughout the year and can be<br />

viewed from the observation deck.<br />

The Gateway City Tour<br />

(St. Louis, Missouri)<br />

Our luxury motorcoach brings you on a tour of<br />

downtown St. Louis and Forest Park with over 1,200<br />

acres of green space and museums. You’ll take a guided<br />

tour of the Cathedral Basilica, home to over 83,000<br />

square feet of hand-laid mosaics, one of the largest<br />

collections in the world. Of course, a visit to St. Louis<br />

wouldn’t be complete without stopping at Anheuser<br />

Busch Brewery. Visit to the Clydesdale Stables and<br />

Paddock as well as Beechwood Lagering Cellars,<br />

Brewhouse and Bevo Packaging Plant. Lastly, you’ll<br />

enjoy a visit to the sampling room and try out some of<br />

the beer made within these historic walls.<br />

In Lincoln’s Footsteps<br />

Walk in the footsteps of President Abraham Lincoln<br />

as you are invited to explore his early career in Alton.<br />

The Franklin House is where Lincoln prepared for<br />

the Douglas-Lincoln Debate. Stand on the river bank<br />

where Lincoln stood face to face with James Shields<br />

while preparing to duel in 1842. In addition to the<br />

seven Lincoln & Civil War sites, your tour will include<br />

the statue of Robert Wadlow, worlds’ tallest man, and<br />

Piasa Park where you will hear the legendary tale of<br />
