Prior to use, carefully read the instructions.
RECOMMENDED INDICATIONS
Base fi ring on refractory die materials,
like GC Cosmotech Vest and G-Cera Orbit Vest.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
• Prepare and degas “refractory die model”
following manufacturers IFU.
• Stir the Connector Paste before use.
• Apply a very thin layer of the paste to the dry
refractory die material. The refractory die
material should be totally dried before application.
• The “Connector Paste” coating should extend
slightly over the preparation line.
• Appearance after fi ring should be clear and shiny.
• In case a whitening effect appears after fi ring,
a too thick layer of Connector Paste has been applied.

Vor dem Gebrauch diese Anleitung sorgfältig lesen.
EMPFOHLENE ANWENDUNGSBEREICHE
Basisbrand auf Stumpfmassen wie GC Cosmotech
Vest und G-Cera Orbit Vest.
VERARBEITUNG
• Das Stumpfmodell entsprechend der Verarbeitungsanweisung
des Materialherstellers vorbereiten
und entgasen.
• Die Connector Paste vor Gebrauch gut umrühren.
• Eine sehr dünne Schicht Connector Paste auf das
Stumpfmaterial aufbringen. Das Stumpfmaterial muß
vorher völlig getrocknet sein.
• Die Beschichtung mit Connector Paste sollte leicht
über die Präparationsgrenze hinausgehen.
• Nach dem Brand muß die Schichtung klar und
glänzend sein.
• Wenn eine Trübung (Weiß) auftritt, wurde die
Connector Paste zu dick geschichtet.

• Die Connector Paste immer mit einem sauberen,
nur für diese Arbeit zu nutzenden Pinsel schichten.
• GC Initial Connector Paste wurde entwickelt,
um bei Verwendung von GC Initial MC und LF die
Ergebnisse signifi kant zu verbessern.

Avant toute utilisation, lire soigneusement les instructions
RECOMMANDATIONS D’UTILISATION
Base de cuisson pour die réfractaire tels que
GC Cosmotech Vest et G-Cera Orbit Vest.
MODE D’EMPLOI
• Préparer et dégazer le “die réfractaire” suivant les
instructions du fabricant.
• Mélanger le Connector Paste avant usage.
• Appliquer une très fi ne couche de pâte sur le die
réfractaire sec. Le die réfractaire doit être
complètement sec avant l’application.
• La couche de Connector Paste doit se prolonger
légèrement au-delà de la préparation.
• L’apparence après cuisson doit être claire et brillante.
• Si une couche trop épaisse de Connector Paste
est appliquée, des taches blanchâtres risquent
d’apparaitre après cuisson.

INDICAZIONI RACCOMANDATE
Cottura di base su materiali refrattari per modelli quali
GC Cosmotech Vest e G-Cera Orbit Vest.
ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO
• Preparare e degasare il “modello in refrattario”
seguendo le istruzioni per l’uso fornite dal produttore.
• La pasta Connector Paste deve essere mischiata
prima dell’uso.
• Applicare uno strato sottilissimo di pasta sul materiale
refrattario per modelli asciutto. Il materiale refrattario
per modelli deve essere completamente asciutto
prima dell’applicazione.
• Il rivestimento di “Connector Paste” dovrebbe
estendersi leggermente oltre il bordo della preparazione.
• Dopo la cottura il materiale dovrebbe assumere un
aspetto trasparente e lucido.
• Se dopo la cottura si verifi cano effetti di sbiancamen
to, signifi ca che si è applicato uno strato troppo
spesso di Connector Paste.
