accompagner la gestion <strong>de</strong>s crises locales ou pour répondre aux <strong>de</strong>man<strong>de</strong>s<br />
<strong>de</strong>s zones limitrophes<br />
CONFIER DES MISSIONS PRÉCISES AU <strong>PC</strong>Z-SE :<br />
Si un événement dépasse les limites d'un département, le <strong>PC</strong>Z-SE <strong>de</strong>vient<br />
autorité coordinatrice en représentant le Préf<strong>et</strong> <strong>de</strong> zone pour la mise en<br />
oeuvre <strong>de</strong>s mesures <strong>de</strong> gestion <strong>de</strong> trafic (issues <strong>de</strong>s plans existants ou hors<br />
plans)<br />
FIXER DES NIVEAUX D'ACTIVATION DU <strong>PC</strong>Z-SE en fonction <strong>de</strong>s<br />
évènements <strong>et</strong> du type <strong>de</strong> mesures à prendre, avec un circuit <strong>de</strong> prise <strong>de</strong><br />
décision précis<br />
