L’aide à la création Partenariat de production avec le Fresnoy Le responsable des aides à la création est présent dans les commissions d’attribution d’aides des dispositifs suivants : • 10 janvier- 05 mai – 29 septembre : Commission « AIDE AUX PROJETS EXTERIEURS » du Studio National des Arts Contemporains LE FRESNOY Les projets ci-dessous ont été, en 2011, aidés conjointement par le CRRAV et Le Fresnoy. Courts métrages ÆÆ AVALANCHE, de Nelson THIEFFRY, ÆÆ LA GARDE BARRIERE, de Hugo FRASSETTE, ÆÆ JARDIN DES DEUX RIVES, de Amel El Kamel, ÆÆ LA PREMIERE, de Jean Marc LANTERI, ÆÆ UN SPECTACLE INTERROMPU, Arnaud DEMUYNCK, ÆÆ FABLE DOMESTIQUE, de Ann SIROT et Raphaël RALBONI, Documentaires ÆÆ REVE DE SABLE, de Olivier SARRAZIN, ÆÆ RITES ELECTRIQUES EN GUINEE KONAKRY, de Julien Raoult et Florian Draussin, ÆÆ ILS M’INDIQUENT LE NORD, de Céline CARRIDOIT, ÆÆ CHEZ SALAH, de Nadia BOUFERKAS, et Mehmet ARIKAN, ÆÆ ESPERANZA, de Enrique CARBALLIDO et Sylvie MOREAUX Longs métrages ÆÆ LE VEAU D’OR, de Hassan LEGZOULI, ÆÆ MOUTON, de Gilles DEROO et Marianne PISTONNE, Prix - Partenariats (Acharnière - Gsara) Participation au jury du festival de l’Acharnière, attribution du Prix du CRRAV au Documentaire autoproduit « ENTRE DEUX » de Nicolas STRASEELE ayant pour thématique un centre d’accueil de Migrants à Bailleul. • 21 Janvier/ 17 juin /15 décembre : Commission d’attribution des aides à la production du GSARA, atelier de production de la Communauté Française de Belgique, Bruxelles Le projet «Ce que peut le lion» d’Olivier PAGANI, soutenu dans le cadre du fonds d’aide à la création associative, a reçu l’aide à la diffusion du GSARA (Finalisation, sous-titres anglais, diffusions en Festivals). Ce projet a été par ailleurs sélectionné en diffusion aux Etats Généraux du documentaire en 2011. Comités consultatifs des associations Trois Comités consultatifs des associations ont été tenus les 8 mars, le 12 septembre et le 17 octobre. Ils ont permis de rencontrer les représentants associatifs, de restituer les résultats du secteur, et d’écouter les propositions. Le 12 septembre a été présenté le programme d’action du CRRAV 2012/2015. Le comité du 17 octobre a été consacré à la présentation et à la discussion des choix d’investissement du parc de matériel pour 2012. Rapport d’activités 2011 - 19
