CONDICIONES GENERALES DE NUESTRA GARANTÍAMediante este documento, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L., concede una garantía comercial, en losucesivo GC, sobre los productos que comercializa, en concreto mobiliario de baño y platos de ducha,de acuerdo a las condiciones que se expresan a continuación:10. Esta garantía no afecta los derechos legales del consumidor que le confiere el Real Decreto Legislativo1/2007 de 16 de Noviembre de 2007 en el caso de Reino de España o a lo dispuesto en la Directiva1999/44/CE del 25 de Mayo de 1999 y en las respectivas leyes nacionales de transposición de la misma.Castellano1. La amplitud y la extensión de la presente GC viene determinada por la reparación, el coste de las piezasde recambio, la mano de obra y, si aplicase, la sustitución del producto amparada por la misma dentro delterritorio de la Unión Europea. Las ventas efectuadas fuera de la Unión Europea no están bajo el alcancede esta garantía salvo pacto expreso de FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.2. La reparación o sustitución gratuita de toda pieza no conforme, siempre y cuando deben ser realizadaspor personal autorizado por FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. En este caso, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS,S.L. responderá de las faltas de conformidad que motivaron la reparación o sustitución durante los 6meses posteriores a la reparación o sustitución.3. La duración de la presente GC será de 5 años a contar desde la fecha de factura o ticket de compra,o en su caso el albarán de entrega si la fecha de éste fuese posterior a la de los documentos anteriores.4. Como excepción al párrafo anterior, el periodo de GC para todos los productos que hayan sidoexpuestos en locales del VENDEDOR es de 1 año sin perjuicio del periodo de garantía legal que otorgueel VENDEDOR. El poseedor de esta GC deberá acreditar la vigencia de la misma mediante la factura decompra del artículo o la escritura de adquisición del inmueble donde se encuentre dicho artículo.5. FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. garantiza sus productos y sus componentes contra cualquier faltade conformidad, siempre y cuando los mismos hayan sido objeto de una correcta instalación (conforme ala normativa en vigor y las instrucciones indicadas para su montaje, mantenimiento y conservación) y sehaya hecho el uso debido y para el que fueron concebidos.6. El consumidor acompañará al presente documento de garantía debidamente cumplimentado, la facturao el ticket de compra del producto.7. Los artículos consumibles (bombillas, tubos fluorescentes, lámparas halógenas, gomas, juntas, etc.) noestán cubiertos por esta garantía.8. Quedan excluídos de la presente GC:a. Los daños que se deriven del transporte, si este no ha sido realizado por FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS,S.L.b. Los daños derivados de una incorrecta instalación, de manipulaciones o reparaciones efectuadaspor personal no autorizado por FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L., así como los daños que se debanal desgaste natural, malos tratos, uso y mantenimiento incorrecto, impropio, anormal o diferente alusual y/o a lo indicado en las correspondientes instrucciones.c. Aquellos daños ocasionados por suciedad, incrustaciones, calcinación u otros defectos físicos,químicos o electroquímicos.d. Los daños que objetivamente no sean susceptibles de imputar al fabricante.e. En el caso de los platos de ducha, antes de terminar el alicatado y de colocar cualquier otroelemento sobre el plato de ducha, el instalador deberá verificar la correcta instalación y comprobarque el plato desagua perfectamente. En caso de no hacer correctamente esta verificación, FIORABATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. no se hará cargo de los gastos derivados de la sustitución de loselementos colocados sobre el plato tales como mamparas o cerámicas.9. En el caso de que el producto entregado al consumidor no sea conforme al contrato de compraventa delproducto según lo establecido en el artículo 125 del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 de 16 de Noviembrede 2007, el consumidor deberá informar al VENDEDOR de dicha falta de conformidad en un plazo de dosmeses desde que tuvo conocimiento de la misma. Asimismo, para ejercer los derechos de sustitución delproducto, rebaja del precio o, en su caso, resolución del contrato de compraventa, el consumidor deberádirigirse al VENDEDOR del producto.Sello del establecimiento y fecha: ____ / ____ / ____CONDICIONES DE USO Y MANTENIMIENTOCOLECCIÓN SILEXPara una limpieza rutinaria (después de ducharse) basta con enjuagar el plato con agua y asegurar unaventilación suficiente del cuarto de baño.Para una limpieza cuidadosa, se debe enjuagar el plato con agua y jabón (o cualquier otro productocomercial para la limpieza de baños de los existentes en el mercado) y limpiar con una esponja no abrasiva.En todos los casos hay que evitar el uso de productos de limpieza o desinfectantes que contenganalcohol. Los productos abrasivos (estropajos, trapos o similares) tampoco son adecuados, en absoluto.Para manchas persistentes pueden utilizarse los “borradores mágicos” existentes en el mercado.COLECCIÓN ELAXPara una limpieza rutinaria (después de ducharse) basta con enjuagar el plato con agua y asegurar unaventilación suficiente del cuarto de baño. Para una limpieza cuidadosa, se debe enjuagar el plato conagua y jabón (o cualquier otro producto comercial para la limpieza de baños de los existentes en elmercado) y limpiar con una esponja no abrasiva. En todos los casos hay que evitar el uso de productos delimpieza o desinfectantes que contengan disolventes o ácidos. Los productos abrasivos (esponjas, traposo similares) tampoco son adecuados.MUEBLESNuestros productos están fabricados principalmente de cinco materiales:Frentes y laterales de muebles: Se trata de materiales altamente resistentes a la humedad cuyacapacidad de absorción es nula, por lo que se pueden limpiar usando un paño húmedo y jabón. NO USARPARA LA LIMPIEZA PRODUCTOS QUE CONTENGAN DISOLVENTES O ELEMENTOS ABRASIVOS.Encimeras y lavabos: Las encimeras y los lavabos están fabricados de SILEXPOL. Se trata de un materialque no tiene absorción, por lo que se puede limpiar usando un paño húmedo y jabón. NO USAR PARALA LIMPIEZA PRODUCTOS QUE CONTENGAN DISOLVENTES O ELEMENTOS ABRASIVOS. En aquelloscasos en los que la mancha sea de difícil eliminación, pueden usarse los conocidos como “borradoresmágicos” que pueden encontrarse en cualquier supermercado.45

Encimeras, lavabos y tapas DAVID MARSHALL: para que pueda disfrutar de la singular belleza deestas piezas como si fuera el primer día, le recomendamos que siga las siguientes instrucciones:- No verter sobre estas piezas productos o sustancias ácidas, tales como ácido clorhídrico, tintes parael pelo, salfumán, etc., así como productos básicos tales como lejía, sosa, cloro sólido, etc.- No usar, en ningún caso, estropajos de esparto metálicos o abrasivos que puedan arañar la superficiedel metal.- Para mantener el brillo original de la pieza, tras su utilización, se recomienda pasar por el mismo unagamuza, muletón o paño no acrílico (sin fibra abrasiva), no humedecidos.- En el caso de que, por descuido, se produzca alguna mancha o huellas superficiales, se aconsejalimpiarlas, cuanto antes, con un algodón impregnado de un limpia metales (Aladín, Sidol o similar),siguiendo atentamente las instrucciones de aplicación que acompañas a estos productos limpiametales.Espejos: Las lunas deberán secarse bien cuando se humedezcan. Para su limpieza deben utilizarproductos de limpieza comerciales utilizados para los cristales.FAQ’S (PREGUNTAS FRECUENTES)COLECCIÓN SILEX• ¿Qué herramienta debo utilizar para cortar los platos y paneles?Los platos deben cortarse con un disco de diamante, similar a los utilizados en el corte de piedra, azulejos,ladrillos, etc., mientras que los paneles se cortan con herramientas similares a las utilizadas en madera.Platos extraplanos rectangularesPlatos extraplanos angulares•¿Cómo se elimina la función de sifón?Se debe extraer el cilindro y retirar el tapón (ver fig. 3), después se vuelve a colocar el cilindro en su sitio.Figura 3• El plato no evacúa el agua y está perfectamente instalado y niveladoEste problema puede deberse a que el sifón y/o la tubería de desagüe están obturados o bien existe unsegundo sifón colocado. En estos casos, quite la rejilla de acero inoxidable y extraiga la pieza del sifón(ver Fig. 3); si el problema persiste es probable que la tubería este obturada; si el problema desaparece esque existe un segundo sifón en cuyo caso la pieza extraída no debe ser vuelta a colocar.• ¿Qué material debo utilizar para pegar paneles o platos?El pegado y/o sellado de los distintos elementos se realizara utilizando un sellante de tipo SIKA comercialque son productos que se venden listos para el uso, que no necesita mezclado y que generalmente sonde secado rápido. Este tipo de productos suele ser utilizado también en juntas de dilatación con pocomovimiento, artefactos sanitarios, pegado de revestimiento, marcos de puertas y ventanas. DISPONIBLEBAJO DEMANDA.Castellanomodo de corte•¿Qué productos debo utilizar para limpiar mis productos de la serie silex?En principio agua y jabón o cualquier otro producto comercial de limpieza de baños aplicados con unaesponja o trapo son suficientes. BAJO NINGÚN CONCEPTO SE DEBE UTILIZAR PRODUCTOS QUECONTENGAN DISOLVENTES Y/O ESPONJAS O TRAPOS ABRASIVOS, ya que estos podrían dañarla superficie del plato. En casos de manchas difíciles pueden utilizarse los denominados “borradoresmágicos” que pueden ser adquiridos en cualquier supermercado.• Al usar el plato por primera vez observo que el agua no fluye adecuadamente a pesar de estarcorrectamente instalado y nivelado.Los platos durante su fabricación y transporte se cargan de electricidad estática que hace que el aguano fluya correctamente las primeras veces. Si usted lava el plato con agua, jabón y un trapo, observaráque este problema disminuye considerablemente. Posteriormente y a los pocos usos el problemadesaparecerá completamente.•¿Cuáles son las dimensiones y las características de los sifones disponibles?Los sifones han sido diseñados y son fabricados en Alemania atendiendo a las más altas cotas de calidadpor uno de los fabricantes líderes del mercado. Los sifones disponen de unidad de extracción propia paralimpieza a la cual se accede quitando la rejilla FIORA y tirando del asa correspondiente.6Fig. 1 Fig. 2• ¿Qué capacidad de evacuación tienen los platos?Todos los platos presentan una capacidad máxima de evacuación de líquidos de viscosidad similar a ladel agua de hasta 0,6 litros/segundo.• ¿Qué pendientes de caída presentan los platos?El diseño de los platos FIORA y la posterior fabricación de los moldes tiene, como uno de los factoresmás relevantes, dotar al plato de unas pendientes que permitan evacuar el agua rápidamente a razón deun mínimo de 0,6 litros/segundo.Dependiendo de las dimensiones y el modelo de plato estas pendientes de desnivel oscilan desde unmínimo de 2,5 % hasta un máximo del 10 %, dependiendo de la posición del desagüe.PENDIENTE 2,5 a 10%Figura 4• ¿De que material están fabricadas las rejillas?Las rejillas son de acero inoxidable cortadas mediante láser de alta definición y con ambas caras pulidas.• ¿Puedo solicitar repuestos? FIORA mantiene un stock de repuestos para todos los elementos quecomponen el plato. Solicite presupuesto a nuestro Departamento Comercial de aquellos que necesite.• ¿Es posible reparar elementos de SILEXPOL? Los artículos de FIORA fabricados a partir de estematerial (lavabos, encimeras y platos de ducha, fundamentalmente, pueden ser reparados si se harealizado un uso indebido de los mismos. De esta manera, pueden ser retocadas zonas que hayan sufridoperdidas de la capa superficial de pintura, o incluso zonas en las que existan orificios (provocados porejemplo, por la caída de elementos punzantes). COLECCIÓN ELAX• ¿Qué herramienta debo utilizar para cortar los platos y los paneles?Los platos deben cortarse con un cúter.• ¿Qué productos debo utilizar para limpiar mis productos de la serie ELAX?En principio agua y jabón o cualquier otro producto comercial de limpieza de baños aplicados con unaesponja o trapo son suficientes. Solicitepresupuesto a nuestro Departamento Comercial de aquellos que necesite.• ¿Puede cortarse el plato?Si, es muy sencillo, tan sólo se necesita una buena cuchilla o un cúter. El plato se envía con la medidaestándar de fabricación, una vez en el lugar de instalación se marcarán las medidas exactas al plato y seprocederá al corte. Sólo consiste en pasar varias veces el cúter por la línea de corte, y cuando veamosque empieza a ser visible la hendidura, se doblará poco a poco hacia dentro y hacia fuera, hasta queacabe partiendo.Figura 6• ¿Qué tipos de rejilla existen para los platos Elax con salida a canaleta?Existen 2 opciones, una canaleta de acero inoxidable y otra del mismo material y color que el plato. Lacanaleta de acero se puede emplear tanto para los platos de ducha Elax como para trabajos de platosde obra.• ¿Se puede utilizar la canaleta Fiora para el montaje de un plato de obra? ¿Dónde podrá ir colocada?Si. Podría ir a un costado o centrada en el plato, eliminando en este caso anteriormente la pestaña trasera.MUEBLES• ¿Qué herramienta debo utilizar para cortar las encimeras y las regletas si fuera necesario?Las encimeras deben cortarse con un disco de diamante, similar a los utilizados en el corte de piedra,azulejos, ladrillos, etc., mientras que las regletas se cortan con herramientas similares a las utilizadas enmadera.• ¿Qué productos debo utilizar para limpiar mis productos de SILEXPOL (encimeras y lavabos)?En principio agua y jabón o cualquier otro producto comercial de limpieza de baños aplicados con unaesponja o trapo son suficientes. En estos casos, quite la rejilla de acero inoxidable y extraiga la pieza del sifón,si el problema persiste es probable que la tubería este obturada; si el problema desaparece es que existeun segundo sifón en cuyo caso la pieza extraída no debe ser vuelta a colocar.• La canaleta no evacua el agua y está correctamente instalada.Este problema puede deberse a que el sifón y/o la tubería de desagüe están obturados o bien existe unsegundo sifón colocado.En estos casos, levante la pieza interior rectangular de la canaleta, desatornille el sifón y saque las piezasdel interior del sifón (ver imagen), si el problema persiste es probable que la tubería esté obturada; si elproblema desaparece es que existe un segundo sifón o bote sifónico.• Al usar el lavabo de SILEXPOL por primera vez observo que el agua no fluye adecuadamente a pesarde estar correctamente instalado y nivelado.Los lavabos durante su fabricación y transporte se cargan de electricidad estática que hace que el aguano fluya correctamente las primeras veces. Si usted lava el lavabo con agua, jabón y un trapo, observaráque este problema disminuye considerablemente.Posteriormente y a los pocos usos el problema desaparecerá completamente.• ¿Qué material debo utilizar para pegar las encimeras y los lavabos?El pegado y/o sellado de los distintos elementos se realizara utilizando un sellante de silicona comercial,que son productos que se venden listos para el uso, que no necesita mezclado y que generalmente sonde secado rápido. •¿Qué capacidad de evacuación tienen los lavabos suministrados?Todos los lavabos presentan una capacidad máxima de evacuación de líquidos de viscosidad similar a ladel agua de hasta 0,85 litros/segundo.• El cajón no me cierra completamente y el freno no actúa.En estos casos debe seguir los pasos que se explican a continuación:Fig. 7Fig. 8INSTRUCCIONES PARA LA REPARACION SUPERFICIAL DE UN ELEMENTODE SILEXPOLEs posible reparar una encimera, lavabo o plato si por algún motivo la superficie de éste se hubieradeteriorado como consecuencia de un uso indebido del mismo. En estos casos puede solicitarse un KIT DEREPARACIÓN que consiste en dos recipientes; uno de ellos con laca texturizada y el otro con catalizador(líquido transparente). Este kit debe ser solicitado a FIORA indicando el color del elemento a reparar.Dependiendo del color, el porcentaje de mezcla de estos productos es diferente, y este porcentaje quedaindicado cuando el kit es suministrado, indicando el porcentaje de catalizador que es necesario añadira la laca.Una vez se hayan mezclado intensamente ambos componentes en la proporción indicada, se aplica unamano “estirando” la laca con una brocha o rodillo hasta que se quede uniforme y se repite nuevamenteesta operación sin esperar a que se seque. Por último es importante NO TOCAR en 24 horas.El resultado de este proceso alcanzará la dureza máxima a las 72 horas.CastellanoES MUY IMPORTANTE, QUE POR SU SEGURIDAD, UTILICE GUANTES Y A SER POSIBLE,MASCARILLA, YA QUE ESTÁ USTED TRABAJANDO CON PRODUCTOS QUÍMICOS1. Extraemos el cajón como se indica en lasinstrucciones de montaje y regulación decajones.Fig. 9 Fig. 102. Comprobamos que la pestaña indicadaen la imagen se encuentra en la posiciónrepresentada.INSTRUCCIONES PARA LA REPARACION DE DAÑOS CON PERDIDA DEMATERIAL (“PIQUES”) EN ELEMENTOS DE SILEXPOLNuestros productos han sido testados contra pruebas de impacto y superan los valores óptimos deuso. No obstante, al contrario que otros elementos existentes en el mercado, nuestras encimeras ylavabos pueden ser reparados en el caso de que aparezcan defectos producidos por la caída sobreellos de elementos punzantes de gran peso. Al igual que en el caso anterior, puede solicitarse un KIT DEREPARACIÓN DE PIQUES, que debe ser solicitado a FIORA.Este kit consta de dos botes, cada uno de los cuales contiene una parte del producto bicomponentenecesario para reparar el defecto causado.3. Tiramos de la pestaña hacia la parte traseradel mueble hasta que se quede fija en el finalde su recorrido.4. Colocamos el cajón sobre la guías y locerramos hasta el fondo. En este momentoescucharemos un “click” que significa que elcajón ya está listo.Se deben mezclar ambos productos utilizando una parte del producto blanco y media parte del otroproducto hasta conseguir una mezcla lo más homogénea posible (esto puede determinarse por el colorde la mezcla, que será, valga la redundancia, lo más homogéneo posible), aplicándola entonces sobre lazona a reparar.Una vez aplicado, dejar secar 24 horas como mínimo, comprobando transcurrido este tiempo si la masaaplicada ha endurecido (el curado de la masilla es orientativo y depende de las condiciones ambientalesexistentes); en caso contrario dejar secar más tiempo.Cuando la masilla haya endurecido, es el momento de aplicar la pintura de acuerdo a lo explicado en elpárrafo anterior “INSTRUCCIONES PARA LA REPARACIÓN DE UN ELEMENTO DE SILEXPOL”.ES MUY IMPORTANTE, QUE POR SU SEGURIDAD, UTILICE GUANTES Y A SER POSIBLE,MASCARILLA, YA QUE ESTÁ USTED TRABAJANDO CON PRODUCTOS QUÍMICOS1011

GENERAL TERMS OF OUR WARRANTYBased on this document, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. concedes a commercial warranty, hereafterCW, for the products it sells, specifically bathroom furnishings and shower trays according to theconditions described below:10. This warranty does not affect the consumer’s legal rights as granted to them in Legislative RoyalDecree 1/2007 of 16th November 2007 in the case of the Kingdom of Spain or those in Directive 1999/44/EC of 25th May 1999 and their transposition to respective national laws.1. The detail and scope of this CW is determined by the repair, cost of the spare parts, labour and, ifapplicable, the replacement of the product protected by the same within the territory of the EuropeanUnion. Sales made outside the European Union are not included within the scope of this warranty unlessexpressly agreed by FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.2. The repair or replacement of any non-compliant part free of charge, provided that such work willbe undertaken by authorised FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. staff. In this case, FIORA BATHCOLLECTIONS, S.L. will respond to the flaws in conformity underlying the repair or replacement duringthe 6 months following the repair or replacement.3. The duration of the CW will be 5 years from the invoice date of the purchase or, if applicable, the deliverynote if its date were after that of the aforementioned documents.4. As an exception to the previous paragraph, the validity period of the CW for all the products whichhave been on display on the VENDOR’S premises is 1 year without prejudice to the legal warranty periodgranted by the VENDOR. The holder of this CW must prove the its validity with the purchase invoice for theproduct or the deeds for the property where this article is found.5. FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. guarantees its products and components against any conformityflaw, provided that they have been correctly installed (in compliance with the standard in force and theinstructions indicated for their assembly, maintenance and conservation) and that they have been usedcorrectly and as their design intended.6. The consumer will accompany this warranty document, duly completed, with the invoice or receipt ofpurchase for the product.7. Consumable articles (bulbs, fluorescent tubes, halogen lights, rubber elements, gaskets, etc.) are notcovered by this warranty.8. The following is excluded from this CW:a. Damage resulting from transport, if not carried out by FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.b. Damage resulting from incorrect installation, handling or repairs performed by staff not authorisedby FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L., as well as damage due to natural wear, poor treatment, anduse and maintenance which is incorrect, unsuitable, abnormal or different from usual and/or to thatindicated in the relevant instructions.c. Damage caused by dirt, deposits, calcinations or other physical, chemical or electro-mechanicaldefects. d. Damage which, viewed objectively, cannot be attributed to the manufacturer.e. In the case of shower trays, prior to completing the floor tiling and fitting any other element onthe shower tray, the fitter must check that the installation is correct and verify that the tray drainsperfectly. Should this verification not be done correctly, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L. will notbear the costs resulting from replacing the elements fitted on the trays such as shower screens orceramics.9. In these cases, a REPAIR KIT can be requested which iscomprised of two containers; one of them has textured lacquer and the other has a catalyst (transparentliquid). Le receveur est livré à la mesure standardde fabrication. Une fois sur le lieu où il sera installé, vous marquerez les mesures exactes sur le receveuret le découperez ensuite. • Quelle capacité d’évacuation ont les lavabos fournis ?Tous nos lavabos présentent une capacité maximale d’évacuation des liquides avec une viscosité similaireà celle de l’eau jusqu’à 0,85 litre/seconde.• Le tiroir ne ferme pas complètement et le frein ne fonctionne pas.Dans ces cas-là, il vous faut suivre les étapes expliquées à suivre:INSTRUCTIONS POUR LA RÉPARATION DE SURFACE DES ÉLÉMENTSEN SILEXPOLIl est possible de réparer un plan, un lavabo ou un receveur de douche si sa surface a été détérioréesuite à une mauvaise utilisation de celui-ci. Dans ces cas-là, vous pouvez commander un KIT DE RÉ-PARATION, qui est composé de deux récipients: un contient une laque texturée et l’autre un catalyseur(liquide transparent). Ce kit doit être demandé à FIORA en indiquant la couleur de l’élément à réparer.Le pourcentage de mélange pour ces produits est différent en fonction de la couleur, et ce pourcentageest indiqué lorsque le kit est fourni, il est également précisé le pourcentage de catalyseur qu’il fautajouter à la laque.Une fois les deux composants parfaitement mélangés dans la proportion indiquée, on applique unecouche en «étirant» la laque à la brosse ou au rouleau jusqu’à obtention d’une couche uniforme, puiscette opération est répétée sans attendre de séchage. Nous vérifions que la languette indiquée surl’image se trouve dans la position montrée.INSTRUCTIONS POUR LA RÉPARATION DE PERTE DE MATÉRIAU() SUR LES ÉLÉMENTS EN SILEXPOLFrançaisNos produits ont été testés à l’épreuve d’impacts et ont dépassé les valeurs optimales d’utilisation.Cependant, contrairement aux autres éléments existant sur le marché, nos plans et lavabos peuventêtre réparés pour les cas où des défauts provoqués par la chute de lourds objets pointus apparaîtraient.Comme pour le cas précédent, vous pouvez commander un KIT DE RÉPARATION D’IMPACTS, que vousdevez demander à FIORA.Ce kit est composé de deux récipients, chacun d’entre eux contient une partie du produit bi-composantnécessaire à la réparation du défaut constaté.Il faut mélanger les deux produits en utilisant une part de produit blanc et une demie-part de l’autreproduit jusqu’à obtenir un mélange le plus homogène possible (que vous pouvez vérifier grâce à la teintedu mélange obtenu, qui doit être, comme on l’a dit, le plus homogène possible), puis vous l’appliquerezsur la zone à réparer.Une fois appliqué, laisser sécher 24 heures au minimum. Après ce laps de temps et après avoir constatéla dureté de la masse appliquée (le temps de séchage de ce mastic est indicatif, il varie en fonction desconditions extérieures existantes). Le vendite effettuate al di fuori dell’Unione Europeanon rientrano nell’ambito di applicazione di questa garanzia se non espressamente autorizzato da FIORABATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.2. Nel caso in cui il prodotto consegnato al consumatore non sia conforme con il contratto di compravenditadel prodotto secondo quando stabilito nell’articolo 125 del Regio Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 del 16novembre del 2007, il consumatore deve informare il VENDITORE di tale difetto di conformità entro duemesi dal momento in cui ne è venuto a conoscenza. Top, lavabi e coperchi DAVID MARSHALL: Per poter godere della singolare bellezza di questi pezzicome se fosse il primo giorno, consigliamo di leggere le seguenti istruzioni:- Non versare sui pezzi prodotti o sostanze acide quali acido cloridrico, tinture per capelli, soluzioni diacido cloridrico, ecc. né prodotti di base quali candeggina, soda, cloro solido, ecc.- Non usare in nessun caso pagliette metalliche o abrasive che possono graffi are la superfi cie delmetallo.- Per mantenere la brillantezza originale del pezzo, dopo il suo utilizzo, si consiglia di passarci sopra conun panno di pelle scamosciata, mollettone o panno non acrilico (senza fi bra abrasiva), non inumiditi.- Nel caso in cui, per disattenzione, si formano macchie o impronte superfi ciali, si consiglia di rimuoverleil prima possibile con cotone imbevuto in un detergente per metalli (Aladin, Sidol o simili), seguendoattentamente le istruzioni di applicazione che accompagnano questi prodotti per la pulizia.Specchi: Si devono asciugare bene quando si inumidiscono. Per la loro pulizia, si devono usare prodottipulenti per vetri, fácilmente reperibili in commercio..FAQ’S (DOMANDE PiÙ FREQUENTI)• Come si elimina la funzione del sifone?Si deve estrarre il cilindro e rimuovere il tappo (vedi fig. 3), quindi collocare di nuovo il cilindro in posizione.Fig. 3• Il piatto non scarica l’acqua ed è stato correttamente posato e livellato.Questo problema può ricondursi a un’eventuale ostruzione del sifone e/o del tubo di scarico o allapresenza di un secondo sifone. Il piatto è inviato con la misurastandard di fabbricazione e, una volta sul luogo dell’installazione, si segnano le misure esatte sul piattoe si procede al taglio. Il processo consiste nel passare diverse volte il taglierino lungo la linea di taglio e,quando la fenditura inizia a essere visibile, si piega poco a poco verso l’interno e l’esterno finché si stacca.Figura 6• Che tipi di griglia sono disponibili per i piatti Elax con uscita su canalina?Ci sono 2 opzioni: una canalina in acciaio inossidabile e un’altra dello stesso materiale e colore delpiatto. La canalina in acciaio può essere impiegata sia per i piatti doccia Elax che per operazioni diristrutturazione.• Si può utilizzare una canalina Fiora per il montaggio di un piatto di ristrutturazione? Dove si potrebbeposizionare?Sì. Potrebbe andare su un lato o al centro del piatto, eliminando in questo caso precedentemente lalinguetta posteriore.MOBILI• Quale attrezzo si deve usare per tagliare i top e i listelli, in caso necessario?I top si devono tagliare con un disco diamantato simile a quelli impiegati per il taglio di pietre, piastrelle,laterizi, ecc., mentre i listelli si tagliano con attrezzi simili a quelli usati per il legno.ItalianoFigura 5• Il piatto non scarica l’acqua ed è stato correttamente posato e livellato.Questo problema può ricondursi a un’eventuale ostruzione del sifone e/o del tubo di scarico o alla presenzadi un secondo sifone. In questi casi, togliere la griglia in acciaio inossidabile ed estrarre il pezzo del sifone.Se il problema persiste è probabile che il tubo sia otturato, se invece il problema scompare significa che èpresente un secondo sifone nel cui caso il pezzo estratto non deve essere posizionato di nuovo.• La canalina non scarica l’acqua ed è stata correttamente posata e livellata.Questo problema può ricondursi a un’eventuale ostruzione del sifone e/o del tubo di scarico o alla presenzadi un secondo sifone. In questi casi, sollevare il pezzo interno rettangolare della canalina, svitare il sifoneed estrarre i pezzi dell’interno del sifone (vedi immagine). Se il problema persiste è probabile che il tubo siaotturato, se invece il problema scompare significa che è presente un secondo sifone o raccordo a sifone.• Quali prodotti si devono utilizzare per pulire i prodotti di SILEXPOL (top e lavabi)?In linea di massima bastano acqua e sapone o qualsiasi altro prodotto per la pulizia del bagno applicaticon una spugna o un panno. NON SI DEVONO MAI USARE PRODOTTI CONTENENTI SOLVENTI E/OSPUGNE O PAGLIETTE ABRASIVE, dato che potrebbero danneggiare la superficie. Qualora risultassedifficile eliminare la macchia, si possono utilizzare le cosiddette “gomme magiche” acquistabili in qualsiasisupermercato.• Quando ho usato il lavabo di SILEXPOL per la prima volta ho notato che l’acqua non scorreadeguatamente nonostante sia stato posato e livellato correttamente.Durante la produzione e il trasporto, i lavabi si caricano di elettricità statica che impedisce all’acquadi scorrere correttamente le prime volte. Lavando il lavabo con acqua, sapone e un panno, si riducenotevolmente questo inconveniente che scompare completamente dopo qualche uso.• Che materiale si deve utilizzare per incollare i top e i lavabi?L’incollaggio e/o la sigillatura dei vari elementi si devono eseguire impiegando un sigillante di siliconereperibile in commercio, cioè un prodotto che si vende pronto per l’uso, che non richiede di esseremescolato e che generalmente si indurisce rapidamente. Questo tipo di prodotto si usa anche per giuntielastici di frazionamento, sanitari e per incollare rivestimenti, infissi di porte e finestre.3233

• Che capacità di scarico hanno i lavabi forniti?Tutti i lavabi presentano una capacità massima di scarico di liquidi con una viscosità simile a quelladell’acqua di fino a 0,85 litri/secondo.• Il cassetto non si chiude completamente e il freno non interviene.In questi casi occorre procedere come segue:ISTRUZIONI PER LA RIPARAZIONE SUPERFICIALE DI UN ELEMENTO INSILEXPOLÈ possibile riparare un top, un lavabo o un piatto se, per qualche motivo, la loro superficie si è deteriorataa seguito di un uso improprio. In questi casi è possibile richiedere un KIT DI RIPARAZIONE che consiste indue recipienti: uno con lacca testurizzata e l’alto con catalizzatore (liquido trasparente). Il kit deve essererichiesto a FIORA indicando il colore dell’elemento da riparare.A seconda del colore, la percentuale di miscelatura di questi prodotti è diversa e tale percentuale èindicata alla consegna del kit, indicando anche la percentuale di catalizzatore necessaria da aggiungerealla lacca.Una volta mescolati intensamente entrambi i componenti nelle proporzioni indicate, si applica unamano “stendendo” la lacca con un pennello o rullo finché non risulta uniforme e si ripete di nuovoquesta operazione senza aspettare che si asciughi. Infine, è importate NON TOCCARE durante le 24 oresuccessive.Al termine di questo processo si otterrà la massima durezza dopo 72 ore.PER LA VOSTRA SICUREZZA È MOLTO IMPORTANTE INDOSSARE I GUANTI E, SE POSSIBILE,UNA MASCHERINA DATO CHE SI LAVORA CON PRODOTTI CHIMICI.1. Tirare la linguetta verso la parte posterioredel mobile finché non resta fissa alla fine delpercorso.4. Inserire il cassetto sulle guide e chiuderlofino in fondo. Si sente così un “click” cheindica che il cassetto è pronto.I nostri prodotti sono stati testati mediante prove d’urto e superano i valori ottimali per l’uso. Tuttavia, alcontrario di altri elementi presenti sul mercato, i nostri top e lavabi possono essere riparati nel caso incui compaiano difetti prodotti dalla caduta su questi di elementi appuntiti di grande peso. Sie brauchen hierzu nur ein scharfes Messer oder Teppichmesser. Die Duschwannewird mit der Fertigungs- Standardabmessung geliefert. Direkt am Installationsort können Sie die exaktenAbmessungen der Duschwanne markieren und sie zuschneiden. ONZE ALGEMENE GARANTIEVOORWAARDENMet dit document verleent FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. conform de onderstaande voorwaardeneen commerciële garantie, voortaan CG genoemd, voor de producten die het commercialiseert, meerspecifiek badkamermeubilair en doucheplaten:1. Omvang en bereik van deze CG worden bepaald door de reparatie, de kost van de vervangingsonderdelen,het arbeidsloon en indien van toepassing, de vervanging van het product conform de garantie binnen hetgrondgebied van de Europese Unie. Verkopen buiten de Europese Unie vallen niet onder het bereik vandeze garantie, behalve indien uitdrukkelijk overeengekomen met FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.2. De gratis reparatie of vervanging van elk niet-conform onderdeel moet steeds uitgevoerd worden doorpersoneel gemachtigd door FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. In dit geval zal FIORA BATH COLLECTIONSS.L. tot 6 maanden na de reparatie of vervanging instaan voor de conformiteitsgebreken die aanleidinggaven tot de reparatie of vervanging.3. De duur van deze CG is 5 jaar vanaf de datum van de factuur of koopbon of eventueel het afleveringsbewijs,indien gedateerd op een latere datum als de voorgaande documenten.4. Als uitzondering op de voorgaande paragraaf bedraagt de commerciële garantieperiode voor alleproducten die tentoongesteld werden in de verkoopruimten van de VERKOPER 1 jaar, onverminderd dedoor de VERKOPER verleende wettelijke garantieperiode. De houder van deze CG moet haar geldigheidaantonen met behulp van de aankoopfactuur van het artikel of de koopakte van het pand waarin bedoeldartikel zich bevindt.5. FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. waarborgt zijn producten en hun componenten tegen eenderwelk conformiteitsgebrek, mits ze correct geïnstalleerd werden (volgens de geldige regelgeving en deaangeduide montage-, onderhouds- en instandhoudingsinstructies) en gebruikt worden voor het doelwaarvoor ze bestemd zijn.6. De verbruiker dient de factuur of koopbon van het product te voegen bij het naar behoren ingevuldegarantiedocument.7. De verbruiksartikelen (gloeilampen, TL-buizen, halogeenlampen, gummiringen, afdichtingen, etc.)worden niet gedekt door deze garantie.8. Zijn uitgesloten van deze CG:a. Transportschade, indien het transport niet uitgevoerd werd door FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L.b. Schade veroorzaakt door onjuiste installatie, bewerkingen of reparaties uitgevoerd door personeeldat niet gemachtigd werd door FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS S.L. evenals de schade veroorzaaktdoor natuurlijke slijtage, slechte behandeling, onjuist, ongepast of abnormaal gebruik en onderhoudof gebruik en onderhoud verschillend van het gebruikelijke en/of aangeduide in de betreffendeinstructies.c. Schade veroorzaakt door vuil, afzettingen, calcinatie of andere fysische, chemische ofelektrochemische gebreken. d. Schade die objectief gezien niet aan de fabrikant kan toegeschrevenworden.e. Wat de doucheplaten betreft, moet de installateur voor het voltooien van de betegeling en hetplaatsen van eender welk ander element controleren of de doucheplaat correct geïnstalleerd is enperfect draineert. Wordt deze controle niet juist uitgevoerd, dan zal FIORA BATH COLLECTIONSS.L. de kosten voortvloeiend uit de vervanging van de op de plaat gemonteerde elementen zoalsdouchewanden of keramiek, niet voor zijn rekening nemen.9. In geval het aan de verbruiker geleverde product niet overeenstemt met het koopcontract van hetproduct, zoals bepaald in artikel 125 van het Koninklijk Wetsdecreet 1/2007 van 16 november 2007,moet de verbruiker dit conformiteitsgebrek mededelen aan de VERKOPER binnen een termijn van tweemaanden na de ontdekking van dit gebrek. Voor het uitoefenen van het recht op vervanging van hetproduct, prijsverlaging of eventueel ontbinding van het koopcontract moet de verbruiker zich richten totde VERKOPER van het product.10. Bovenbladen, wastafels en deksels DAVID MARSHALL: om blijvend te genieten van de specialeschoonheid van deze stukken raden we u aan de volgende instructies na te leven:- Geen zure producten of stoffen, zoals chloorwaterstof, haarkleurmiddelen, zoutzuur, enz. ofbasisproducten als bleekwater, soda, solide chloor, enz. morsen op deze stukken.- In geen geval metalen schuursponsen gebruiken die krassen kunnen maken op het oppervlak vanhet metaal.- Om na gebruik de oorspronkelijke glans van het stuk te behouden, wordt aangeraden met een drogezeemlap, moltondoek of poetsdoek zonder acryl (zonder schuurvezels) over het oppervlak te gaan.- Mocht door onoplettendheid zich een vlek of sporen op het oppervlak voordoen, dan is het aanbevolendeze zo snel mogelijk te reinigen met in metaalreiniger (Aladin, Sidol of dergelijke) gedrenkte watte,zorgvuldig de gebruiksaanwijzingen van deze metaalpoetsproducten volgend.Spiegels: Worden ze vochtig, dan moeten de spiegelglazen zorgvuldig gedroogd worden. Dit type producten wordt gewoonlijk ook gebruikt in uitzetvoegen met weinig beweging, sanitaireapparatuur, coatingpasta, deurposten en raamkozijnen. WIJ HEBBEN DIT.• Welke drainagecapaciteit hebben de doucheplaten?Alle doucheplaten hebben een maximale drainagecapaciteit voor vloeistoffen met een viscositeitgelijkaardig aan die van water van 0,6 liter/seconde.• Welke hellingen hebben de doucheplaten?Eén van de belangrijkste factoren voor de vormgeving van de FIORA doucheplaten en de latere fabricatievan de mallen is het voorzien van hellingen die een snelle waterafvoer, minimum 0,6 liter/seconde, toelaten.Afhankelijk van de afmetingen en het model van de doucheplaat schommelen deze niveauhellingen tusseneen minimum van 2,5 % tot een maximum van 10 %, naargelang de positie van de waterafvoer.HELLING: 2,5TOT 10%Afb. 1 Afb. 2• Welke producten moet ik gebruiken voor het reinigen van mijn artikelen uit de SILEX serie?In principe zijn water en zeep of eender welk ander in de handel verkrijgbaar reinigingsproduct voorbadkamers, gebruikt met een spons of poetsdoek, voldoende. Na de doucheplaat een aantal kerengebruikt te hebben, verdwijnt het probleem volkomen.• Welke afmetingen en kenmerken hebben de beschikbare sifons?De sifons werden exclusief voor FIORA ontworpen en geproduceerd in Duitsland door één van demarktleiders en beantwoorden aan de hoogste kwaliteitseisen. De sifons beschikken voor het reinigenover een eigen extractie-unit die bereikbaar is door de FIORA rooster te verwijderen en te trekken aan hetbetreffende handvat. COLLECTIE ELAX• Welk gereedschap moet ik gebruiken om de doucheplaten en panelen te snijden?De doucheplaten worden met een cutter gesneden.• Welke producten moet ik gebruiken voor het reinigen van mijn artikelen uit de ELAX-serie?In principe zijn water en zeep of eender welk ander in de handel verkrijgbaar reinigingsproduct voorbadkamers, gebruikt met een spons of poetsdoek, voldoende. IN GEEN GEVAL MOGEN PRODUCTENDIE OPLOSMIDDELEN BEVATTEN EN/OF SCHUURSPONSEN OF -DOEKEN GEBRUIKT WORDEN, daarze het oppervlak van de plaat zouden kunnen beschadigen.• Bij het allereerste gebruik van de doucheplaat merk ik dat het water niet correct vloeit, ofschoon deplaat juist geïnstalleerd en genivelleerd is.Tijdens het fabriceren en transporteren worden de doucheplaten geladen met statische elektriciteit, watmaakt dat het water de eerste keren niet correct vloeit. Vraag deprijs van de reserveonderdelen die u nodig hebt aan bij onze commerciële afdeling.• Is snijden van de doucheplaat mogelijk?Ja, dit is uiterst eenvoudig, u hebt enkel een scherp hobbymes. De doucheplaat wordt opgestuurd metde standaard fabricatiemaat; na aankomst op de plaats van installatie worden de juiste maten aangeduidop de plaat en het snijden kan beginnen. Het mes hoeft slechts enkele keren over de snijlijn verplaatst teworden en wanneer we zien dat de spleet zichtbaar wordt, wordt deze langzaam binnen- en buitenwaartsgeplooid tot ze breekt.48Afb. 5• De doucheplaat draineert het water niet en is juist geïnstalleerd en genivelleerd.Dit probleem is mogelijk veroorzaakt door een verstopte sifon en/of afvoerbuizen of door het bestaan vaneen tweede sifon. Zijn de vlekken moeilijk te verwijderen, dan kunt u een“magische vlekkenreiniger” gebruiken die in eender welke supermarkt te vinden is.• Bij het allereerste gebruik van de SILEXPOL wastafel merk ik dat het water niet correct vloeit,ofschoon de wastafel juist geïnstalleerd en genivelleerd is.Tijdens het fabriceren en transporteren worden de wastafels geladen met statische elektriciteit wat maaktdat het water de eerste keren niet correct vloeit. Reinigt u de wastafel met water, zeep en een doek, danzult u merken dat het problem aanzienlijk vermindert. • Welke drainagecapaciteit hebben de geleverde wastafels?Alle wastafels hebben een maximale drainagecapaciteit voor vloeistoffen met een viscositeit gelijkaardigaan die van water van 0,85 liter/seconde.• De lade wordt niet volledig gesloten en de rem werkt niet.In dergelijke gevallen moet u de onderstaande stappen volgen:AANWIJZINGEN VOOR DE REPARATIE VAN HET OPPERVLAK VAN EENELEMENT IN SILEXPOLHet is mogelijk een bovenblad, wastafel of doucheplaat te repareren, indien hun oppervlak om een bepaaldereden als gevolg van onjuist gebruik beschadigd is.
