In unserer Produktionstehen hierfür vier Glatt-GPCG Wirbelschichtgranulatorenmit Kapazitäten von 10 bis 300 kg zur Verfügung. Neben derSprühgranulation ist auch eine Trocknung von Granulaten ausunseren Diosna-Granulatoren möglich, die in allen relevantenGrößen vorhanden sind. Granulationsansätze von 5 bis 250 kgpro Ansatz können problemlos realisiert werden. Durch dieseAbstufungen sind unsere Kunden zu einem einfachen Produkttransferin der Lage. Unterschiedliche Chargengrößen lassensich dabei validieren.Der VAC 600 (Vakuumgranulation) bietet nicht nur die Möglichkeitzur Anwendung des Eintopfverfahrens unter Vakuum,sondern auch zur exakten Steuerung aller Pro zessschritte derFeuchtgranulation im Schnellmischer. Rottendorf Pharma can offerits customers four Glatt GPCG fluid bed granulators withcapacities varying from 10 to 300 kg. In addition to the spraygranulation, we can also dry granular material from our Diosnagranulators, these being available in all relevant sizes.Granulation lots of 5 to 250 kg per lot can be produced withoutdifficulty. These scales enable our customers an easy producttransfer. Batches of varying sizes can thereby be validated.The VAC 600 (vacuum granulation) not only offers the possibilityof the one-pot technology under vacuum but also theexact control of all process steps of the wet granulation in ahigh-speed mixer. For this, water, acetone, isopropyl alcohol orethyl alcohol is used.Our exhaust air treatment system ensures the adherence toall legal environmental regulations.
