Symptômes oculairesRéponse positive à au moins une des 3 questions suivantes :1. Avez-vous eu <strong>les</strong> yeux secs de façon quotidienne gênante et persistante depuis plus de 3 mois ?2. Avez-vous la sensation récidivante d'avoir du sable ou du gravier dans <strong>les</strong> yeux ?3. Utilisez-vous des larmes artificiel<strong>les</strong> plus de 3 fois par jour ?II. Symptômes buccauxRéponse positive à au moins une des 3 questions suivantes :1. Avez-vous eu quotidiennement une sensation de bouche sèche depuis plus de 3 mois ?2. Avez-vous eu à l'âge adulte un gonflement des glandes salivaires persistant ou récidivant ?3. Utilisez-vous souvent des liquides pour vous aide à avaler <strong>les</strong> aliments secs ?III. Signes oculaires : Atteinte oculaire objective et évidente définie par un résultat positif à au moins un des deux testssuivants :1. Test de Schirmer, sans anesthésie ( 5 mm en 5 minutes)2. Score de Rose Bengale ( 4 selon le score de van Bijsterveld)IV. Données histopathologiques : Score focal 1 à la biopsie des glandes salivaires mineures.Un foyer est défini par l'agglomération d'au moins 50 cellu<strong>les</strong> mononuclées.Le score focal est défini par le nombre de foyers sur 4 mm de tissu glandulaire.V. Atteinte des glandes salivaires : Atteinte objective et évidente des glandes salivaires définie par au moins un testpositif parmi <strong>les</strong> 3 tests suivants :1. Scintigraphie salivaire2. Sialographie des parotides3. Débit salivaire sans stimulation (< 1,5 ml en 15 minutes)VI. Autoanticorps : Présence d'au moins un type des anticorps sériques suivants1. Anti-SSA2.
