Corolla, Pigna et Girasole appartiennent à la collection «Mémoire d’une fleur ». Corolla symbolise l’empreinte d’une corolle, fragile, poussée parle vent. Pigna reflète aujourd’hui les facettes essentielles du savoir-faire de la pâte decristal: translucidité et couleur, épaisseur et transparence, texture et structure, satin etéclat. Quand à Girasole elle représente une fleur du soleil qui suit la course de l’astre.ITALIAN DESIGNEREnzo Mari's works are always heavy with symbolism, and invite the viewer to meditate. Hisactivity, initiated by research on visual perception, developed through games for children,graphics, design and architecture. By suggesting the shape of the piece that it holds,Porta Stampi Boboli calls to mind the considerable challenge in producing pâte de cristal.Corolla, Pigna and Girasole belong to the "Mémoire d’une fleur" collection. Corolla representsthe imprint of a fragile corolla tossed by the wind. Pigna reflects the fundamentalaspects of the know-how involved with pâte de cristal: translucency and colour, thicknessand transparency, texture and structure, the contrast of satin and shine and Girasolerepresents a sunflower, which turns to face the sun all through the day.
