3 LA TRANSITION AU NOUVEAUFORMAT DU FPL 2012 EN ZONEASECNA3.1 En application des conclusions d’APIRG15 etdes recommandations des ateliers FPLT/TF del’OACI (WACAF et ESAF), l’ASECNA a instituéun Groupe de travail pour la mise en œuvredu nouveau plan de vol OACI (GT FPL2012/ASECNA) dont le mandat est de menerharmonieusement la transition du PRESENT auNOUVEAU au niveau de tous les centres ATSde l’Agence.3.2 Prenant en compte la période de transition pourla Région AFI telle qu’indiquée dans le documentintitulé «Stratégie pour la mise en œuvredu nouveau format plan de vol OACI et desmessages ATS associés dans la Région AFI », leGT FPL 2012/ASECNA a défini des étapes etdes actions concordantes allant du 17 novembre2011 au 14 novembre 2012, et incluant donc lapériode transition AFI.3.3 La période de transition à l’ASECNA pendantlaquelle les formats ACTUEL et NOUVEAUseront simultanément traités, commence le 26juillet 2012 et prendra fin le 14 novembre 2012.3 TRANSITION TO THE NEW FORMAT 2012FPL IN ASECNA AREA3.1 According to the conclusions and recommendationsof APIRG15 meeting and workshops of the ICAOFPLT/TF (WACAF and ESAF), ASECNA establisheda Working Group for the implementation ofthe new ICAO Flight Plan (ASECNA 2012FPL/WG), whose mandate is to carry out smoothlythe transition from the PRESENT to the NEW in allthe Agency’s ATS centers.3.2 Taking into account the AFI Region Transition periodas indicated in the document entitled "Strategyfor the implementation of the new ICAO flight planformat and associated ATS messages in the AFIRegion," ASECNA 2012 FPL/WG defined consistentsteps and actions, from November 17, 2011to November 14, 2012, thus including the AFI transitionperiod.3.3 The transition period during which ASECNA willprocess simultaneously PRESENT and NEW formatbegins July 26, 2012 and will end on November14, 2012.4 APPLICATION4.1 Date de publication4.1.1 Le présent supplément d’AIP sera publié à ladate AIRAC du 31 mai 2012.
