BEKANNTMACHUNG
der Liste der beim
Europäischen Patentamt
zugelassenen Vertreter
nach dem Stand vom 17. Januar 1978
1. Die Liste der zugelassenen Vertreter
enthält nach dem Stand vom 17. Januar
1978 3356 zugelassene Vertreter, die sich
auf die Vertragsstaaten, in denen sie ihren
Geschäftssitz oder Arbeitsplatz haben, wie
folgt verteilen:
Belgien 118
Bundesrepublik Deutschland 1215
Frankreich 430
Luxemburg 12
Niederlande 276
Schweiz 268
Vereinigtes Königreich 1037
In dieser Reihenfolge der Vertragsstaaten
werden die Eintragungen nachstehend bekanntgemacht.
2. Die Liste der zugelassenen Vertreter
wird in Form von Karteikarten beim Europäischen
Patentamt in München geführt.
In die Liste kann unentgeltlich Einsicht genommen
werden.
3. Die nachstehende Bekanntmachung
der Liste enthält nur folgende Angaben
über die zugelassenen Vertreter:
⎯ Zuname und Vorname(n).
Es wird in alphabetischer Reihenfolge
der volle Zuname eingetragen, gegebenenfalls
beginnend mit "de, van, von"
oder einer Adelsbezeichnung (z. B. Graf,
Freiherr), wenn diese nach dem nationalen
Recht des Vertreters Bestandteil des
Zunamens ist.
Die zugelassenen Vertreter, deren Anträge
erst in letzter Zeit beim Europäischen
Patentamt eingegangen sind, erscheinen
bei dem betreffenden Vertragsstaat
am Ende der Liste in einem
Nachtrag.
⎯ Staatsangehörigkeit, die im Anschluß an
den Vornamen durch den ISO-Ländercode
ausgedrückt wird.
⎯ Anschrift des Geschäftssitzes oder Arbeitsplatzes.
Sowohl weitere Anschriften wie auch Titel
werden nicht in die Liste eingetragen.
Die beim Europäischen Patentamt in München
geführte Liste in Form von Karteikarten
enthält außerdem nur noch jeweils eine
rein amtsinterne Ordnungsnummer und
den Tag der Eintragung.
4. Jede Änderung einer Eintragung in die
Liste und alle weiteren Eintragungen in die
Liste werden umgehend im Amtsblatt veröffentlicht.

European Patent Office
as at 17 January 1978
1. The list of professional representatives
contains 3356 professional representatives
entered as at 17 January 1978, sub-divided
as follows by the Contracting States in
which they have their place of business or
employment:
Belgium 118
Federal Republic of Germany 1215
France 430
Luxembourg 12
Netherlands 276
Switzerland 268
United Kingdom 1037
The entries are given below in the foregoing
order of Contracting States.
2. The list of professional representatives
will be maintained in the form of a card
index at the European Patent Office in
Munich. The list may be inspected free of
charge.
3. The following announcement of the list
contains only the following information on
professional representatives:
⎯ Surname and forename(s).
The full surname is entered in alphabetical
order, starting, where appropriate,
with "de", "van", "von" or a title (e. g.
Graf, Freiherr), in the latter case if it
forms part of the surname under the
representative´s national law.
Professional representatives whose applications
were only recently received at
the European Patent Office are listed
under the relevant Contracting State in a
supplement at the end of the list.
⎯ Nationality, indicated by the ISO country
code appearing beside the forename.
⎯ Address of the place of business or
employment.
No other addresses or titles are entered on
the list.
The only other details on the list maintained
in the form of a card index at the
European Patent Office in Munich are a
serial number in each case, for official use
only, and the date of the entry.
4. Any amendments to entries on the list
and all further entries on the list will be
published without delay in the Official
Journal.
Further requests for entries on the list of
professional representatives must be submitted
to the national central industrial
property office of the State in which the

1. La liste des mandataires agréés indique.
au 17 janvier 1978, les 3356 mandataires
agréés, qui se répartissent de la manière
indiquée ci-dessous entre les Etats où ils
ont leur domicile professionnel ou leur lieu
d´emploi :
Belgique 118
République fédérale d´Allemagne 1215
France 430
Luxembourg 12
Pays-Bas 276
Suisse 268
Royaume-Uni 1037
Les inscriptions sont publiées ci-après
dans le même ordre que pour les Etats parties
à la Convention sur le brevet européen,
et figurant ci-dessus.
2. La liste des mandataires agréés est
dressée, sous la forme d´un fichier, à
l´Office européen des brevets, à Munich.
On peut consulter cette liste gratuitement.
3. La liste publiée ci-dessous ne contient
que les renseignements suivants sur les
mandataires agréés :
⎯ Nom et prénom(s).
Le nom, complet, est inscrit dans l´ordre
alphabétique, précédé éventuellement
de la particule «de, van, von» ou d´un
titre nobiliaire (par exemple Graf, Freiherr),
lorsque ce dernier fait partie intégrante
du nom selon le droit national du
mandataire.
Les mandataires agréés dont les demandes
sont parvenues dernièrement à
l´Office européen des brevets figurent,
pour l´Etat considéré, dans un supplément
placé à la fin de la liste.
⎯ Nationalité, indiquée après le ou les prénoms,
suivant le code ISO de représentation
des pays.
⎯ Domicile professionnel ou lieu d´emploi.
Aucun autre domicile ou titre n´est inscrit
sur la liste.
La liste dressée à l´Office européen des
brevets, à Munich, sous la forme d´un fichier,
ne comporte en outre qu´un numéro
d´ordre dans un but purement administratif
et interne, et la date de l´inscription.
4. Toute modification d´une inscription
sur la liste et toutes les inscriptions nouvelles
sont publiées immédiatement au Journal
officiel de l´Office.
