3 Before use
3.1 Unpacking
1. Unpack the appliance and all its accessories.
2. Check the contents for completeness and
possible damages (Fig. 1).
NOTE:
Immediately contact your dealer if you have
found damage resulting from transport.
ATTENTION:
Always transport or ship the appliance in its
original packaging to avoid damage. Keep
the packaging for such an event. Dispose of
no longer needed packaging material
according to the laws of your country of residence.
3.2 Setting up the charging station
ATTENTION:
Select a place for the charging station
where the appliance is stable and always
protected from heat and moisture during
charging.

NOTE:
Upon delivery, the mains adapter's power
cord is already connected to the charging
station.
If the mains adapter's power cord has unexpectedly
come out of its socket (e.g. by getting
caught when setting down the appliance)
or if you have purposefully removed the power
cord, you can re-attach it to the charging station
as follows:

1. Connect the mains adapter to the provided
socket in the charging station (Fig. 2/A,
B).
2. Feed the mains adapter's power cord
through the hole at the base of the charging
station (Fig. 3/A).
3. Pull the cable relief of the mains adapter's
power cord through the hole until it cannot
be pulled any further (Fig. 3/B).
NOTE:
The cable relief is intended to prevent the
mains adapter's power cord, that has just
been inserted, from coming out of its socket
if the cable is unintentionally pulled on.
