Removing the <strong>re</strong>chargeable battery<br />

Guarantee and support<br />

Warning: Only <strong>re</strong>move the <strong>re</strong>chargeable battery when you discard<br />

the appliance. Make su<strong>re</strong> the battery is completely empty when<br />

you <strong>re</strong>move it.<br />

1 Check if the<strong>re</strong> a<strong>re</strong> sc<strong>re</strong>ws in the back or front of the appliance. If so,<br />

<strong>re</strong>move them.<br />

2 Remove the back and/or front panel of the appliance with a sc<strong>re</strong>wdriver.<br />

If necessary, also <strong>re</strong>move additional sc<strong>re</strong>ws and/or parts until you see<br />

the printed circuit board with the <strong>re</strong>chargeable battery.<br />

3 Remove the <strong>re</strong>chargeable battery.<br />
