Dear Clients,
Employment Law - COVID-19
The employer is obliged to ensure the safety and health of workers in all areas related
to work. In this context, he must take into account all occupational risks to which his
workers are exposed.
Especially in view of the recent and ongoing threat of the new corona virus/Covid-19,
many questions and new challenges arise to which many employers are
exposed.
What are the employer’s responsibilities and information duties? What measures
must be taken immediately? What are the requirements for the “home
office” and remote working? What happens in case of a quarantine in the
company? How should business travel be handled? Even a possible replacement
of employees must be considered and prepared.

Various measures must also be taken with regard to administrations and
authorities. Here, too, it must be clarified what help you as an employer
require and how you can deal with social security. Information duties
must be observed, as well as the consequences of measures for distance
working.
We are here to help you with these and other questions.

Chers clients,

Arbeitsrecht - COVID-19
Sehr geehrte Mandanten, sehr geehrte Leser,
Was sind
Was geschieht
