favoris de son père, le jeu de
jonglerie dérivé du yo-yo Chinois,
dans lequel une pièce en forme de
sablier va d’avant en arrière sur une
ficelle entre deux baguettes. En 1998,
ce jeu d’équilibre ancestral a inspiré
la dernière collaboration d’Achille
avec Flos : la suspension Diabolo.

pastimes—the juggling game, derived
from a Chinese yo-yo, in which an
hourglass-shaped object is spun
back and forth on a string between
two sticks. In 1998 the age-old
balancing act served as inspiration
for Achille’s final collaboration with
Flos—an adjustable pendant lamp
with the same name.
