Das Druckbild (Schiebebild) wird mit Wasser vom Papier
gelöst und per Hand mit sehr viel Geschick auf unsere
individuellen Becherformen aufgetragen. Auf diese Weise
können – von innen bis außen, vom Boden bis zum Henkel
– alle Flächen des Bechers dekoriert werden.
The print image is removed from the paper with water
and applied by hand with great skill to our individual mug
shapes. In this way, all surfaces of the mug can be decorated
- from the inside to the outside, from the bottom to
the handle.

Nach dem Dekorieren muss der Becher mit rund 900°
Grad gebrannt werden. Die Brenntemperatur hängt von
der Farbzusammenstellung des Designs ab. Der gelbe
Farbträgerlack verschwindet und die brillanten Farben
kommen in voller Pracht zum Vorschein.
After decorating, the mugs must be red at 900° degrees.
The ring temperature depends on the color composition
of the design. The yellow carrier varnish disappears and
the brilliant colors come out in full splendor.

Nach dem Abkühlen kommen die Becher in unser Lager
und werden von dort aus an unsere Kunden weltweit
versendet. Erfahrung, Antizipation und handwerkliche
Fähigkeiten sind im gesamten Prozess besonders wichtig.
As soon as the mugs have cooled down, they come to our
warehouse. From there they are sent to our customers
around the world. Experience, anticipation and craftsmanship
