Pencacah diatas merupakan pencacah tak sinkron dengan<br />

modulo tertentu <strong>dan</strong> merupakan pencacah yang berjalan<br />

terus (Free Running) karena setelah hitungan yang<br />

dikehendaki terlampaui, pencacah tersebut mulai mencacah<br />

lagi dari awal.<br />
