19. Jaminan kelancaran transportasi bagi pelaksanaan<br />
pengambilan sampel. Hal ini perlu dikomunikasikan<br />
dengan manajer logistik sebelum pelaksanaan<br />
penilaian dilakukan, khususnya untuk konsesi yang<br />
sangat luas.<br />
20. Perencanaan yang memadai bagi terjadinya perubahan<br />
(variabilitas) yang bersifat sementara/temporal<br />
(misalnya variabilitas musiman dalam fenomena<br />
ekologi, pola migrasi dll); jika waktu sangat terbatas<br />
sehingg penilaian tidak dapat mencakup semua<br />
permasalahan yang diketahui, maka hal ini harus<br />
menjadi bagian rencana pemantauan.<br />
21. Persiapan lembar data/kuesioner bagi pelaksanaan<br />
penilaian, dengan menggunakan terminologi yang<br />
konsisten dan penekanan pada persyaratan kunci<br />
dalam penilaian. Hal ini sangat penting, terutama<br />
bagi proses penilaian di areal dengan luasan yang<br />
