PREFACE<br />

The need for quantity surveyors and project managers has become integral for<br />

client's financial and management control of development projects.<br />

MITG Group Sdn. Bhd. was established in August 1995 with the objective of<br />

providing quantity surveying and project management services to private<br />

developers, government and its statutory bodies, commercial corporations and<br />

selected individuals.<br />

MITG Group Sdn. Bhd., through its personnel, have had varied experience<br />

inter alia, in housing and condominium developments, commercial and office<br />

complexes, banks, airports, mosque, institutional buildings, golf courses,<br />

Preparation of tender reports and documents.<br />

Preparation of tender documents, tender reports for prime cost and provisional<br />

engineering consultants.<br />

Valuation of works in progress for interim valuations/certificates including<br />

variations.<br />

Preparation of final accounts.<br />
