Umumnyamedia MS yang diencerkan setengahnya menghasilkanjumlah tunas yang lebih tinggi dibandingkanmedia MS penuh untuk setiap penambahan GA 3.Media MS + GA 30,5 dan 1 mg/l menghasilkan tunasabnormal paling tinggi, yaitu masing-masing 33,3%dan 25%.
