C-CHANNEL TRUSSES HOLDER<br />
SINOPSIS:<br />
The tittle of invention is a C-Channel Trusses<br />
Holder. C-Channel trusses holder is a tool<br />
design for roof trusses fabrication and installation. This<br />
product can be used during the construction of small<br />
to medium scale size buildings. This tool consists of<br />
dual function which is works as a jig for roof trusses<br />
fabrication process on the ground and also as a batten<br />
holder during roof trusses installation. It is made from<br />
c-channel, square hollow steel and steel batten. For<br />
function as the batten holder, it can be used for the<br />
batten spacing between 10 - 30 inches which is the<br />
standard batten spacing for roof tiles, metal decking<br />
or corrugated zinc. As a jig for roof trusses fabrication,<br />
the tools is suitable for triangular spans which not<br />
exceeds 15ft or 5m and 1.5m height.<br />
