La precisione nel controllo della frenata importantissima è in
qualsiasi frangente nelle competizioni ad alto livello. La perfetta
percezione della pressione esercitata e della conseguente
risposta frenante conferiscono la sicurezza necessaria per affrontare
i tracciati più impegnativi in strada e su pista. Il kit tubi
freni ACCOSSATO è assemblato secondo precise specifiche in
modo da garantire le prestazioni necessarie.
I Tubi freno ACCOSSATO sono omologati con omologazione
DEKRA 201126026
I nostri tubi in acciaio intrecciato dotati di anima in Teflon e di
raccordi in acciaio inox, eliminano l’effetto fading (progressiva
perdita di efficienza frenante) che si verifica normalmente
in condizioni di utilizzo sotto sforzo prolungato assicurando la
massima efficienza proprio quando è più necessario.
L’impiego di acciaio inox sia nella fabbricazione della treccia
metallica interna, che dei raccordi, garantisce un incomparabile
resistenza sia alla corrosione che all’abrasione.
I tubi freno ACCOSSATO sono disponibili con guaina di diversi
colori. Ordinare un kit tubi freno semplice, cercate la marca, il
modello e l’anno sulle pagine che seguono. Sono disponibili 3
tipi di configurazioni:
� S - Standard: stesso sviluppo dei tubi come da configurazione
originale;
� F - Diretto: ogni tubo connette direttamente la pompa freni a
ciascuna pinza sia anteriore che posteriore;
� O - Sopra il parafango: il tubo anteriore connette la pompa
freni alla pinza anteriore destra mentre un altro tubo collega
la pinza destra a quella sinistra passando sopra il parafango.
I kit tubi ACCOSSATO utilizzano, raccordi in acciaio e sono
dotati di tutto l’occorrente per il montaggio come viti di raccordo
in acciaio e rondelle in rame, oltre ad alcuni adesivi e
al MANUALE D’ISTRUZIONE
ACCOSSATO offre anche raccordi in acciaio inox colorati. Questi
raccordi vengono colorati tramite un processo di bagno galvanico
che assicura una colorazione uniforme, una tonalità brillante,
una protezione eccellente ai raggi ultravioletti, difetto a
cui sono invece soggetti i raccordi in alluminio o ergal.

The braking precision is very important during any high level
competition. The perfect perception of the pression applied and
of the resulting braking response, will give the pilot the confidence
necessary to deal with the most challenging tracks and
streets. The Accossato’s kits are assembled according to precise
technical specifications in order to ensure the required performances.

These brake lines are made of steel, with the inside of fluoropolymer
and stainless steel fittings, they avoid the “fading” effect
(progressive loss of braking efficiency), that it usually occurs
in conditions of sustained effort.
The usage of the stainless steel in the production of the internal
material and of the fittings, ensures an excellent resistance to
both abrasion and corrosion.
Our fittings give a good connection, are lighter and safer than
our competitors’. We do not have individual components prices,
because we only sell them as a kit (front and rear).
The Accossato brake lines are available with covers of 18 different
colors: black - blue - carbonlook - transparent - dark blue - lime
green - blue neon - orange - pink - purple - red - bright red - grey
- yellow - white.
The fittings are UV resistant, are available in different colors
(gold – red – blue – natural – green and black) and avoid all the
problems related to the usage of fittings made in ergal or aluminium.
. It offers a big range of choice without compromise the
safety.
Purchaising a set of brake lines is very easy: find the brand, the
model and the year on the following pages.
There are three different configurations:
� S - Standard: same brake lines as for the original configuration;
� F - Full-length: every brake lines connect the master cylinder
to each brake caliper, front and rear;
� O - Over the mudguard: the front brake line connects the
master cylinder to the right rear brake caliper, while another
brake line connects the right brake caliper to the left one, by
passing through the mudguard.
The brake lines kits can be mounted as the customer prefers,
with stainless steel or titanium fittings and they are supplied with
all the needed parts for the assembly, such as screws and copper
washer. Warranty card and stickers are also supplied.
