Città di Bolzano La “porta delle Dolomiti”, situata a poca distanza da splendide vette e vallate, è un vivace crocevia di scambi culturali e commerciali. Das in unmittelbarer Nähe von herrlichen Gipfeln und Tälern liegende „Tor zu den Dolomiten“ ist eine lebhafte Kreuzung des kulturellen und kommerziellen Austauschs. 01 PIAZZA WALTHER Cuore del centro storico, ospita il monumento dedicato al poeta medievale tedesco Walther von der Vogelweide. The heart of the historic centre, Piazza Walther is the setting for the monument dedicated to the medieval German poet, Walther von der Vogelweide. Der Platz ist das Herz der historischen Altstadt. Auf ihm steht eine Statue, die Walther von der Vogelweide, dem bedeutendsten Lyriker des deutschen Mittelalters, gewidmet ist. 02 DUOMO Dedicato a S. Maria Assunta, assunse nel ’300 le attuali forme gotiche. Nel XVI sec. lo svevo Hans Lutz costruì il campanile e il maestoso pulpito in arenaria grigia. Dedicated to Our Lady of the Assumption, its current Gothic appearance was created in the 14th century. In the 16th, the Swabian Hans Lutz built the bell-tower and majestic grey sandstone pulpit. Der Dom und Pfarrkirche „Maria Himmelfahrt“ erhielt im 14. Jh. seine aktuellen gotischen Formen. Im 16. Jh. errichtete der Schwabe Hans Lutz den Glockenturm und die majestätische Kanzel aus grauem Sandstein. 03 CHIESA DEI DOMENICANI La cappella di S. Giovanni contiene affreschi del ’300 in stile giottesco. Altri affreschi si ammirano nel chiostro, ora sede del Conservatorio. The chapel of San Giovanni contains 14thcentury frescoes in Giottoesque style. Others can be admired in the cloister, now the site of the Conservatorio (music school). Die Johanneskapelle enthält Fresken im Giottostil aus dem 14. Jh. Weitere Fresken sind im Kloster, dem heutigen Sitz des Konservatoriums, zu bewundern. 04 PIAZZA DELLE ERBE È vivace sede di mercato. Vi si trova la settecentesca fontana bronzea del Nettuno. The busy market square. This is the site of the 18th-century bronze fountain of Neptune. Auf dem lebhaften Marktplatz befindet sich ein dem Gott Neptun gewidmeter Bronzebrunnen aus dem 18. Jh. 05 CHIESA DEI FRANCESCANI Risalente al XIV secolo, la chiesa con chiostro trecentesco conserva un prezioso altare a portelle intagliate (sec. XVI). Jh.). 06 VIA DEI BOTTAI Caratteristica strada del centro storico, vivacizzata da locande e botteghe con originali insegne in ferro battuto. A typical street in the historic centre, its inns and shops are publicised with original wrought-iron signs. Eine typische Straße der historischen Altstadt, deren Gasthäuser und Geschäfte mit originellen Schmiedeeisenschildern geschmückt sind. 07 VIA DEI PORTICI La via più antica e frequentata della città, con alte case gotiche riccamente ornate. The oldest and busiest street in the city, with tall, richly decorated Gothic houses. Die älteste und belebteste Straße der Stadt mit hohen, reich verzierten gotischen Häusern.
08 MUSEO ARCHEOLOGICO Custodisce il corpo mummificato e gli attrezzi da caccia di “Ötzi”, un uomo vissuto oltre 5.000 anni fa, ritrovato nel 1991 nel ghiacciaio del Similaun. The home of the mummified body and hunting implements of „Ötzi“, a man who lived more than 5000 years ago and whose body was found in 1991 in the Similaun glacier. Hier sind der mumifizierte Körper und die Jagdutensilien von „Ötzi“ aufbewahrt, einem Mann, der vor über 5.000 Jahren gelebt hat und 1991 am Similaungletscher gefunden worden ist. 09 MUSEO CIVICO Recentemente ristrutturato, presenta arte, storia e folclore della città con alcuni ambienti d’epoca. Recently rebuilt, the museum presents the art, history and folklore of the city, and has several period rooms. Das kürzlich renovierte Stadtmuseum präsentiert Kunst, Geschichte und Folklore der Stadt sowie einige historische Zimmer. 10 MUSEION La nuova sede del Museo d’arte moderna e contemporanea, inaugurata nel 2008, propone mostre e iniziative culturali. The new home of the museum of modern and contemporary art was opened in 2008. It hosts exhibitions and cultural events.
