un co<strong>di</strong>ce nell’ambito <strong>di</strong> una numerazione progressiva<br />
aziendale, che raccolga dati anagrafici e clinici e si concluda<br />
con una breve RELAZIONE CONCLUSIVA da consegnare al<br />
paziente per il successivo inoltro al me<strong>di</strong>co curante.<br />
I servizi <strong>di</strong> <strong>di</strong>agnosi e cura sono tenuti, pertanto, ad inviare al<br />
responsabile del D.Se. i referti relativi alle prestazioni richieste.<br />
<strong>La</strong> <strong>cartella</strong> <strong>clinica</strong> dovrà essere archiviata e conservata<br />
secondo le vigenti <strong>di</strong>sposizioni.
